First-floor owner’s suites feature vaulted ceilings, large walk-in closets with custom closet systems, and en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks/vanities, tiled walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, and enclosed commodes.
Spacious guest bedrooms also include walk-in closets with closet systems.
Finished lower levels offer 9′ ceilings and may be outfitted with cinemas, bars, excercise rooms, and wine cellars.
Side-load garages accommodate 3-4 cars.

Fox Run lots range from 0.51 to 1.22 acres, some of which have treed or wooded backyards.
The street is improved with lantern-style streetlights, street trees, curbs, sidewalks, and grassy cul-de-sac islands.
Mail is conveniently delivered to masonry mailboxes at the end of each driveway, which further enhances the elegant streetscape.
Directly east of the cul-de-sac is Tri-City Park.
The Reserve at Fox Run is bordered by Westin Pointe townhomes to the north and St. Demetrios to the northeast. The west and south ends abut Quail Hollow homes.

Location & Nearby Amenities
The Reserve at Fox Run is located south of Center Ridge Road and east of Clague Road. This easternmost section of Westlake that borders Rocky River offers the trifecta of quick access to I-90, local retail, and numerous nearby parks.
The community is ideally situated 1.5 miles south of I-90 – far enough away to evade interstate congestion and traffic noise, but still accessible in under 10 minutes.
Westlake’s top-rated public schools are all nearby: 9 min to Westlake Elementary, High School, Intermediate and Lee Burneson Middle School.
Retail is conveniently only 5 min east at Westwood Shopping Plaza and Westgate Shopping Center. Even more shopping and dining at Great Northern is only 12 min away.
As for nearby parks, there are several. Tri-City Park and Clague Park are each only a 4 min drive. Tri-City has ball fields/courses, picnic pavilion, playground, and restroom facilities. Clague Park, which hosts the city’s 4th of July fireworks display, has ball fields/courts, picnic pavilions, walking trails, a duck pond, and Westlake Aquatic Center, offering five bodies of water for all ages: slide plunge pool, lazy river, activity pool, splash pad, and the main pool with diving board, climbing wall and lap area.
The Metroparks’ Rocky River Reservation is just 10 minutes away, offering 2,520 acres with picnic areas, play areas, sledding hills, ball fields, nature trails, paved trails, nature center, stables and bridle trails, marina, fishing areas, boat rentals, waterfalls and lagoons, and three golf courses.

Boaters will feel right at home at The Cleveland Yachting Club (CYC) – one of the oldest and most prestigious yachting clubs in the nation. CYC is located on its own island at the mouth of Rocky River, nine miles west of downtown Cleveland.
