Devonshire Estates is an elegant community of 39 custom-built, brick-front luxury homes with treed homesites in Westlake, Ohio.
This subdivision is located off the south side of Hilliard Bvd, immediately west of Crocker Rd. It comprises the residential streets of Devonshire Oval and Essex Ct, as well as eleven homes fronting Hilliard Blvd (odd-numbered houses 29933-29555).


This community was custom-built between 1990-2002 by builders including Carlon Homes, Kopf Construction, Lake Pointe Construction, and Rustivo.
These two-story and ranch homes range from 3,400-6,400 square feet (including finished basements) with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-5 bathrooms.
Facades primarily showcase Colonial Revival architecture constructed with stately full brick.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Devonshire Estates are approximately $450 annually.
The prestigious Chairmans Rowe development borders Devonshire to the south.

Devonshire Estates is located off Hilliard Road, along the southwest intersection of Crocker Rd. This western section of Westlake is a quiet residential area of high-end single-family home subdivisions nestled amongst parks and golf courses.
The community is ideally situated 1.5 miles south of I-90 – far enough away to evade interstate traffic noise, but still accessible in less than 10 minutes.
Westlake’s top-rated public schools are all nearby: 8 min to Westlake High School; 9 min to Elementary, Intermediate and Lee Burneson Middle School.
Devonshire Estates is just 5 minutes from Crocker Park—the best shopping on the west side of Cleveland!—a sprawling, open-air collection of restaurants, retail, entertainment & leisure. Additional dining and retail is available at Avon Commons and Great Northern Mall, both 13 min away.

Golfers are less than 15 minutes from an array of courses: 5 min to Hilliard Lakes, 7 min to Meadowood and Red Tail, 9 min to Bob-O-Link Golf Course, 12 min to Sweetbriar, 13 min to Springvale and North Olmsted Golf Club.
There are several private clubs nearby: Lakewood Country Club is 3 min west on Bradley Rd (the southern end of the course is right across the street on the north side of Hilliard), Avon Oaks Country Club is 6 min northwest, and Westwood Country Club is 14 min east.
Boaters will feel right at home at The Cleveland Yachting Club (CYC) – one of the oldest and most prestigious yachting clubs in the nation. Home to more than 300 sail and powerboats, CYC is known for its beautiful setting, first-class facilities and family-friendly atmosphere. CYC is located on its own island at the mouth of Rocky River, nine miles west of downtown Cleveland.
