The south end of the development abuts the fairway of Westwood Country Club’s 11th hole.
To the north and east of Clubside Dr are residential homes, to the west is the Stonewood Condo community, and to the southwest is a subdivision.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Clubside are approximately $5,000 annually, which includes lawn care and snow removal.

The Clubside condo community is off the south side of Detroit Rd, 0.4 miles east of Clague Rd. This easternmost section of Westlake that borders Rocky River offers the trifecta of quick access to I-90, local retail, and numerous nearby parks.
Highways are easily accessible: 3 min to I-90, 9 min to I-480, and 12 min to I-71.
Westlake’s top-rated public schools are all within 10 min.
Retail is conveniently only 8 min away at Westwood Shopping Plaza and Westgate Shopping Center. The sprawling, open-air collection of restaurants, retail and entertainment at Crocker Park is a 9 min drive. Even more shopping and dining at Great Northern Mall is only 12 min away.
Clague Park (3 min drive, 7 min bike), which hosts the city’s 4th of July fireworks display, has ball fields/courts, picnic pavilions, walking trails, and a duck pond, and Westlake Aquatic Center with five bodies of water for all ages: slide plunge pool, lazy river, activity pool, splash pad, and the main pool with diving board, climbing wall and lap area.
The Metroparks Rocky River Reservation is just 11 minutes away, offering 2,520 acres with picnic areas, play areas, sledding hills, ball fields, nature trails, paved trails, nature center, stables and bridle trails, marina, fishing areas, boat rentals, waterfalls and lagoons, and three golf courses.
