Breckenridge Estates is an elegant community of 26 brick-front single-family homes in western Westlake, Ohio.
This subdivision is located a half-mile south of Detroit Rd, off the west side of Bradley Road. It comprises Breckenridge Trl, Wilderness Trl, and eight homes near the south end of Silveridge Trl (house numbers 2340 to 2473).


Homes were built from 1988-1991.
They range from 4,100-5,600 square feet (including finished basements) with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5+ bathrooms.
First floors include hardwood or LVP flooring, large laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms, private dens, fireplaced great rooms (many are two-story!) with wet bars, and kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, a center island with breakfast bar, a pantry, and dinette area.
Spacious second-floor owner’s suites feature dual walk-in closets and en suite bathrooms with dual sinks/vanities, tiled walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, and enclosed commodes.
Finished lower levels may include rec rooms, bars, media/theater rooms, and exercise rooms.
Attached garages, most side-entry, accommodate 3 cars.
Outdoor living is enjoyed on decks and/or patios.
Most homesite have treed backyards, offering shade and soothing birdsong.
Breckenridge Estates lots are approximately 100′ wide x 150′ deep and range from 0.34 to 0.57 acres.
Two homes at the northwest corner of Wilderness Trl abut a 0.53-acre parcel of conservation land owned by the city (yellow are on above-illustrated map).

The entrance to Breckenridge Trl is ornamented by a burgundy brick wall with signage and a matching miniature gazebo.
Wilderness Trl has a cul-de-sac with a landscaped island.
Silveridge Trl adjoins the new construction subdivision of Lands End South to the south, and Lands End to the north, the latter of which has its own entrance from Bradley Rd.
Abutting the development to the west is the residential street of Marshfield Blvd.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Breckenridge Estates.

Inside the facility, there’s a 13,500 square foot fitness room, 2 group exercise rooms, 2 high school-sized regulation basketball courts, cycling studio, elevated rubber running track, and locker rooms with saunas. The indoor aquatics center houses five pools including a lap pool, a diving well, a children’s play pool, a lazy river, and slides.
For outdoor swimming during the warmer months, check out the Westlake Aquatic Center located in Clague Park (13 min). It offers five bodies of water for all ages: slide plunge pool, lazy river, activity pool, splash pad, and the main pool with diving board, climbing wall and lap area.
Golfers are less than 15 min from an array of courses: 5 min to Hilliard Lakes, 6 min to Meadowood, 10 min to Bob-O-Link and Sweetbriar, and 13 min to Springvale and North Olmsted Golf Club.
The subdivision is also within minutes of esteemed country clubs: Lakewood Country Club (across the street!), Avon Oaks Country Club (5 min), and Red Tail Golf Club (8 min).
Boaters are 17 min from The Cleveland Yachting Club (CYC) – one of the oldest and most prestigious yachting clubs in the nation. Home to more than 300 sail and powerboats, CYC is known for its beautiful setting, first-class facilities and family-friendly atmosphere. CYC is located on its own island at the mouth of Rocky River, nine miles west of downtown Cleveland.
