The subdivision of Balmoral in Westlake Ohio is an upscale single-street cul-de-sac community of 16 homes built by Shore West from 1988-1997, most of which have since been updated.
The majority of facades are stately full-brick, some of which also have rare full-brick surround, or styled as Tudor or stucco.
