If you’re in doubt about which realtor to hire look no further…. We hired Damion to sell our home of 20 years, which we built and was our first family home where we raised our two kids (now 18 and 20 years old). Rest assured this was a highly emotional sale process for us and Damien understands this very well. He was always available to answer any question we had with compassion and without judgment. He was very clear with us at every step of the process from day one and told us everything we needed to know at the right time! Why is this important? You don’t need all the details and possible scenarios to stress you out rather you need to know what pertains to your sale and your situation when you’re in it. Damien is great at this! He minimizes the worry and concerns by telling you what you need to know and not the what ifs as they may never apply.

Pricing the home correctly and the strategy you take is critical to draw the right clients and make the sale right? Of course we all think our home is the best worth the most etc. Damien put forth a clear and objective market analysis and presented us with our sale price. Pricing it at the right level relative to the market conditions was key and he hit the nail on the head. We had dozens of showings within the first three days with 6 written pre-approved offers and closed in three days!!! Need I say more? Yes, just a few details to consider…

First thing first, what was the cost and our options? Damien clearly presented our options to us with costs for each. Let me tell you say YES! to the high resolution pictures, videos and social marketing option. The exposure our home received once it hit the market with the amazing pictures, videos and social media span was unbelievable! We had thousands of views in a matter of hours. Social marketing and beautiful pictures and videos get the attention, have no doubt.

Trust Damien’s input and leave your feelings out of the process. Yes, the 3 dozen plus pictures of the kids and family I had everywhere was what made my home a home to me but it’s not what will sell it. Declutter and remove things out of the house based on his suggestions even though you may not want to. Paint that room that’s red etc it’s not what most would like. Fix or change the little things he points out. Most importantly don’t get your feelings hurt by any of it. We hired a professional that knows his business and we did exactly what he said and sold our home in no time. If that’s your goal, you’ve found the right realtor!
