My fiancé and I both used Damien to buy homes this year. I bought a duplex and my fiancé bought a single-family home. I could not be more pleased with the experience I had buying a home with Damien. We ran into a few bumps in the road with the seller, but I always felt Damien was putting up a very strong fight for what I wanted and never pressured me into anything I was not comfortable with. He is the guy you want in your corner when buying a home. My fiancé and I were both first time home buyers and Damien took as much time as we needed to understand the process and keep everything moving behind the scenes. I had tried a couple of other realtors before meeting Damien and can honestly say there is no comparison in the experiences. Damien was just simply better and gave the personal experience I was looking for. One thing Damien said to me and my fiancé that has stuck with me is that he was not trying to just sell us a house. He wants to be the guy we use to buy and sell our homes for years to come. Being someone interested in investing in properties that is the type of realtor I was looking for. I have already recommended Damien to friends that are also looking to buy and would recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch realtor that goes above and beyond for you.
