We were fortunate to find Damien during our search for a realtor when we were ready to list our home. During our initial meeting, we spent nearly 3 hours discussing his strategy for listing, marketing and ultimately selling our home. Time very well spent! All of that without a commitment up front. Once we made the decision to go with Damien, he made the process very simple and extremely professional. For the marketing, the photography was excellent and Damien himself took care of the 360 Tour which was truly outstanding. He also included a video and used drone footage to provide an outstanding overview of our property. As to establishing our asking price, he provided market insight along with the best approach to ensure the maximum visibility to our listing while respecting our wishes. Ultimately, using the detailed information we provided about our home, updates, etc, Damien assembled a great piece describing our home and featured it on his website. After 2 days of nearly non-stop appointments, he assembled a very clear spreadsheet outlining the many offers we received with the important information included. He helped guide us on the decision but never pushed us in any specific direction. We really appreciated Damien’s responsiveness! Never an issue getting in contact and always ready to assist.
