Hudson Hills is a community of 43 homes in northern Hudson Ohio. These homes were built from 1991-2001 by builders including David Moore

Eight homes along the northeastern corner of the subdivision have water views surrounding a large pond.
There is one direct entrance to this development from W Prospect St via Morning Song Ln. The entrance has a long divided median with a landscaped island and is flanked on either side by gorgeous multi-tiered landscape beds with stone surround and pillars.
It is also accessible through the subdivision to the northwest, Winston Manor, from N Main St or W Prospect St, and through the subdivision to the northeast, Morning Song Farm, from N Main St.
Hudson Hills encompasses the streets of Blackberry Dr and Blackberry Ln, both of which end in a cul-de-sac, as well as two homes on Morning Song Ln.

Hudson Hills subdivision is located in northern Hudson Ohio (Summit County) between W Prospect St and Valley View Rd.
Highways are accessible in 10 min to I-480, and 12 min to I-271 and I-80/Turnpike.
It’s just a 4 min drive to First & Main in downtown Hudson, an upscale retail district with national chain stores along with locally-owned shops and restaurants. First & Main is also home to more than a dozen annual events in the park-like square.

The 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park is only 9 min away, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.
Golfers are only 9 in from the city-owned golf club, Ellsworth Meadows. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, you’re 5 min to Hudson Country Club and 7 min to Lake Forest Country Club.
Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Resorts are a 14 min drive for skiing and tubing during the winter months.
