Hudson Pines is a community of 22 homes upon E Sapphire Dr in southeast Hudson Ohio. Homes were constructed from 1994-2007.
Homes include colonial and cape cod styles ranging from 2,900-4,700 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms.
Hudson Pines homes are appointed with desirable amenities including hardwood flooring, two-story foyers with turned staircases and coat closets, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms and/or private libraries, large first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, and vaulted great rooms with fireplaces are open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, center island, breakfast bar seating, tile backsplash, walk-in pantry, and dinette area. Second-floor owner’s suites include sitting areas, walk-in closets, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, and dual sinks/vanities. Full finished lower levels are complete with media rooms, kitchenettes, bars, exercise rooms, and storage areas. Most homes offer 3 car (some are 2-car) side-entry garages.
Residences have public sewer and public water.
Backyards feature lush landscape beds, specialty patios and/or composite decks, and fireplaces or fire pits.
Lightly to heavily treed homesites mainly range from .41 to .61 acres. There are also a few larger lots with .93, 1.2, and 4.7 acres.
A number of homes along the southeast end of the street overlook a large pond.
There is one direct entrance to Hudson Pines via E Sapphire Dr from Norton Rd. The entrance is flanked on either side by a landscape bed with a backdrop of white picket fencing and two-rail fencing extending from each end.
This development encompasses the undeveloped stub street of Pine Grove Dr and homes on E Sapphire Dr.
E Sapphire Dr previously ended in a cul-de-sac, but has since been extended. After the street curves and heads west, it becomes Sapphire Dr and adjoins the subdivisions of Sapphire Estates, Hudson-Darrow Estates, and Hudson Acres.
Like much of Hudson, this subdivision does not have curbs or sidewalks.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Hudson Pines.

The subdivision of Hudson Pines is in southeastern Hudson Ohio (Summit County) along the border of Stow. It is located off Norton Rd, a half-mile east of Darrow Rd.
Highways are accessible in 13 min to I-480, 15 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 18 min to I-271.
This neighborhood is serviced by the nationally acclaimed Hudson City School District.
