Marblehead Estates is a community of 28 homes in northern Hudson Ohio built between 1993-2018.

Homes include colonial, cape cod, and ranch styles that mainly range from 2,500-5,100 square feet with 4-5 bedrooms and 3.5-5 bathrooms.

Homes are appointed with desirable amenities including two-story foyers with open staircases, hardwood flooring, multiple fireplaces, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms, private dens, sunrooms and/or screened porches, and laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets. Vaulted or two-story great rooms with fireplaces and large windows are open to granite or quartz kitchens featuring a center island, breakfast bar seating, tile backsplash, walk-in pantry, and dinette area. Vaulted owner’s suites include sitting areas, walk-in closets, and en-suite bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Full finished lower levels (some of which are coveted walkouts!) are complete with theater or media rooms, kitchenettes, bars, exercise rooms, and storage areas. Homes offer attached 3-4 car side-entry garages.

Backyards feature patios and/or composite decks, covered living areas, and fireplaces or fire pits.

Homesites range from .65 to 2 acres. For the most part, lots are open and cleared. There are a few wooded yards and homes with a pond view.

There is one direct entrance to this development off Middleton Rd via N Marblehead Rd. The entrance is flanked by lush landscaped beds and curved brick walls with masonry signage. White three rail ranch-style fencing borders the perimeter of the community along the main roads.

In addition to the cul-de-sac street of N Marblehead Rd, this community also encompasses seven homes on Middleton Rd and one home on the corner of Darrow Rd.

This community does not have sidewalks or curbs.

This development is connected to the neighboring community of Chadds Ford via Berks Way.

Residences have public sewer and public water.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Marblehead Estates are approximately $100 annually.

This neighborhood is serviced by the nationally acclaimed Hudson City School District.

Marblehead Estates subdivision is located along the northern edge of Hudson Ohio (Summit County) at the corner of Middleton and Darrow roads.

Highways are accessible in 6 min to I-480, and 9 min to I-271, and 11 min I-80/Turnpike.

It’s a 7 min drive to First & Main in downtown Hudson, an upscale retail district with national chain stores along with locally-owned shops and restaurants. First & Main is also home to more than a dozen annual events in the park-like square.

Ten min away is LifeCenter Plus, Hudson’s full-service four-season health and fitness facility with strength-training and cardio equipment, five pools including a warm water therapy pool plus an outdoor aquatic center, an indoor track, rock climbing wall, racquetball and pickleball courts, as well as cycling, pilates, yoga and Tai Chi studios.

The 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park is only 9 min away, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.

Golfers are only 12 in from the city-owned golf club, Ellsworth Meadows. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, you’re 3 min to Hudson Country Club and 9 min to Lake Forest Country Club.

Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Resorts are a 15 min drive for skiing and tubing during the winter months.
