Waterford Farms, in northwest Hudson Ohio, is a community of nine custom-built luxury homes, each upon 2.5 acres or more. These homes were constructed from 1994-2016 by builders including David Moore.

Waterford Farms homes are located off E Hines Hill Rd (house numbers 1427, 1449, 1469, 1505, 1535, and 1597) and Valley View Rd (house numbers 7488, 7536, and 7572).

Although homes are situated along main roads, long winding driveways and/or treed front yards provide privacy from the street. White three-rail fencing surrouns the perimeter of the community and each driveway is flanked by lantern-topped stacked stone pillars.

There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Waterford Farms.
