Middleton Park Estates in Hudson
Middleton Park Estates in northeastern Hudson Ohio is a newer community of 31 homes built exclusively by Pulte Homes from 2011-2013.
With cleared lots and houses in clear view from the street, this development has an open feel to it.
Being that these homes were constructed by a single builder, the complimentary modern farmhouse facades bring an architectural symmetry to the community. Most front elevations are full vinyl but there are some with brick or stone accents.
The colonial homes in Middleton Park Estates range in size from 3,000-5,400 square feet with 4-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5+ bathrooms. They are appointed with desirable amenities including two-story foyers, open staircases with black wrought iron spindles, open floorplans, hardwood flooring, 9′ main floor ceilings, formal dining rooms with tray ceiling, private dens with french doors, rear staircases, mudrooms or garage entryways with bench seating, first or second-floor laundry rooms with cabinets, and second-floor lofts/game rooms. Oversized great rooms with fireplaces and large windows are open to granite or quartz kitchens featuring a large center island with breakfast bar seating, tile backsplash, walk-in pantry, dinette area, morning room, and adjacent planning center for electronics and schoolwork. Owner’s retreats (first or second-floor) include sitting areas, walk-in closets, and spa-like en-suite bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Guest bedrooms with walk-in closets are located on the second floor. Full finished lower levels (some have daylight windows or coveted walk-outs!) are complete with theater or media rooms, kitchenettes, bars, exercise rooms, and storage areas. Homes offer oversized 3-4 car side-entry garages for maximum curb appeal.
Backyards feature patios and/or composite decks, covered living areas, and fireplaces or fire pits.
Homesites range from .45 to .81 acres. Some have treed backyards or back to a wooded parcel; others abut cleared land or a 5.5-acre land preserve with a pond owned by the HOA (designated in yellow on the below map).
There is one direct entrance via Alexandra Dr from Middleton Rd. It is flanked on both sides by lush landscape beds with curved stone and masonry signage.
This community also includes homes on Chamberlin Blvd south of the pond. North of the pond, homes belong to the subdivision of Chamberlin Place, which has an entrance off Stow Rd.
Middleton Park Estates has tree lawn saplings and acorn-shaped street lights throughout. It also has curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street ― a rarity in Hudson!
Residences have public sewer and public water.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Middleton Park Estates are approximately $875 annually.
This subdivision is bordered to the north by another subdivision; to the east and west by churches; and to the northeast by I-480.

The subdivision of Middleton Park Estates is located in northeastern Hudson Ohio (Summit County) off Middleton Rd, .2 miles east of Stow Rd.
Highways are conveniently accessible in 5 min to I-480 (runs just east of the development), 7 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 14 min to I-271.
This neighborhood is serviced by the nationally acclaimed Hudson City School District. It is in close proximity to Hudson High School, Middle School, and Ellsworth Hill Elementary (all within a 5 min drive; Ellsworth is walkable), as well as other local private schools, so transporting the kids to school will be a breeze.
