Weston Place is a community of 60 homes in southwest Hudson Ohio. Homes were constructed from 1991-2002 and have since been updated. Builders include Wagler Homes, Chand Construction, Encore Homes, and Prestige Homes

Full finished lower levels are complete with theater or media rooms, kitchenettes, bars, exercise rooms, and storage areas. Homes offer attached 2-3 car garages, most of which are side-entry.
Residences have public sewer and public water.
Backyards feature lush landscape beds, specialty patios and/or composite decks, and fireplaces or fire pits.
Lightly treed to heavily wooded homesites mainly range from .45 to 1.1 acres.
There is one direct entrance via Weston Dr from Norton Rd. It is flanked on the right side by a landscape bed with brick pillars and signage.
This development encompasses most of the homes on Weston Dr (up to house number 2116) and the cul-de-sac streets of Alsace Ct, Deacon Ct, Hemingway Ct, Longfellow Ln, and Westchester Ct.
Like much of Hudson, this subdivision does not have curbs or sidewalks.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Weston Place.
Weston Place is connected via Weston Dr to the subdivision of Weston Hills, which has entrances on Norton and Stow roads.

The subdivision of Weston Place is in southeastern Hudson Ohio (Summit County) along the border of Stow. It is located off Norton Rd, at the northwest corner of the intersection with Stow Rd.
Highways are accessible in 12 min to I-480, 14 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 15 min to I-271.
This neighborhood is serviced by the nationally acclaimed Hudson City School District.
