This subdivision is located off the north side of Hudson Aurora Rd and encompasses five homes along the private drive of Crown Point Dr.
Homes were constructed from 1992-1995.

Crown Point has generously sized homesites ranging from 0.66 to 0.83 acres. Lots are heavily treed, offering the ultimate in privacy.
The north and western sections of this subdivision border the 52-acre High Point Park owned by the city of Hudson, offering a secluded sylvan setting with several dirt trails that meander through the woods with a wooden pedestrian bridge and a remnant fireplace from an old cottage (parkland is designated in green on above map).
The entrance to Crown Point Dr is off the north side of Hudson Aurora Rd, 0.6 miles east of Stow Rd.
Like much of Hudson’s developments, there are no curbs or sidewalks.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Crown Point.
Other subdivisions near Crown Point include Wyndgate Farms (across the street) and Western Reserve Ranch Estates (to the west).
