Sapphire Estates encompasses two homes upon Sapphire Dr in southeast Hudson Ohio. Both homes were constructed in 2017 by LDA Builders.

Homes are located at 1671 Sapphire Dr and 1682 Sapphire Dr.

1671 Sapphire Dr sits upon .84 heavily forested acres of privacy and has roughly 3,000 square feet, 4 bedrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms.

1682 Sapphire Dr (pictured above) has a deep, heavily forested 1.9-acre lot for ultimate seclusion and roughly 3,500 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a 3-car garage. 

Residences have public sewer and public water.

The streets of Sapphire Dr and E Sapphire Dr previously ended in cul-de-sacs, which were removed to include the homes of Sapphire Estates, connecting the two streets. As such, the homes of Sapphire Estates are accessible through adjoining subdivisions.

As the eastern end of Sapphire Dr curves to the south, it becomes E Sapphire Dr and begins the development of Hudson Pines. The entrance to Hudson Pines is off Norton Rd via E Sapphire Dr.

Sapphire Estates homes are also accessible from Norton Rd via Sodalite Dr through the neighboring communities of Hudson Acres and Hudson Darrow Estates.

Like much of Hudson, this subdivision does not have curbs or sidewalks.

There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Sapphire Estates.

The homes of Sapphire Estates are in southeastern Hudson Ohio (Summit County) near the border of Stow. They are located off Norton Rd, a half-mile east of Darrow Rd, at 1671 Sapphire Dr and 1682 Sapphire Dr.

Highways are accessible in 13 min to I-480, 15 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 18 min to I-271.

The 280-acre park Silver Springs Park in Stow is just a 6 min drive with playgrounds, a dog park and beach,  lit tennis and basketball courts, baseball and softball fields, outdoor picnic shelters, and 1.6 miles of unpaved hiking and cross country trails.

The 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park is just 14 min away, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.
