Canterbury Place in southeastern Hudson Ohio is a premier community of 50 custom-built luxury homes. Homes were constructed from 1986-1999. Homes have since been updated. Builders include Dillman, Hargreaves, Ken Payne, and Stefan Mitov.

Facades include both traditional and contemporary styles, some of which boast full brick surround.

Homes include colonial, cape cod and ranch styles ranging from 4,000-5,700 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 3.5-5.5 bathrooms.

The individually designed homes of Canterbury Place are appointed with exquisite craftmanship and desirable amenities including hardwood flooring, multiple fireplaces, large windows, soaring decorative ceilings, and extensive millwork. Principle rooms include two-story foyers with open-turned staircases and designer chandeliers, grand formal dining rooms, formal living rooms, private libraries with paneling, and large first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets. Vaulted or two-story great rooms with fireplaces and large windows are open to chef’s kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, breakfast bar seating, tile backsplash, furniture-grade cabinetry, top-of-the-line appliances, dinette area, and sunroom or screened porch. First-floor owner’s suites include sitting areas/rooms, generous walk-in closets, and spa-like en-suite bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, and dual sinks/vanities. Full finished lower levels are complete with theater or media rooms, kitchenettes, bars, wine cellars, exercise rooms, and storage areas. Homes offer attached 2-4 car side-entry garages for maximum curb appeal.

There are two entrances, both via Canterbury Dr: one off Stow Rd and the other off E Streetsboro St. The main entrance off E Streetsboro St is flanked on either side by landscape beds with garden rocks and mature pines. In addition to the street of Canterbury Dr, this development also encompasses homes on the cul-de-sac streets of Exline Cir, Canterbury Ct, Wellington Cir, and Fairfield Ln.

This community does not have curbs or sidewalks.

Residences have public sewer and public water.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Canterbury Place are approximately $350 annually.
