Pinebrooke, in northeastern Hudson Ohio, is a single-street community of 29 homes near the city’s school campus. Homes were built from 1987-1991 and have since been updated. Builders include Heritage Homes and Prestige Homes.
Facades are consistent with those throughout historic Hudson, including Colonial Revival, Greek Reval, Federal, Georgian, and farmhouse styles.
These colonial homes range in size from 2,500-4,300 square feet with 4-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms.
Pinebrooke homes are appointed with desirable amenities including hardwood flooring, built-ins, foyers with open staircases and coat closets, formal dining rooms and living rooms, fireplaced great rooms, private dens, sunrooms, and kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, breakfast bar seating, tile backsplash, food pantry, and dinette area. In addition to the homes on Pinebrooke Dr, this community also includes one home on E Streetsboro St built in 1893.
With only one entrance and no connection to any other subdivision, Pinebrooke traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
There are no curbs or sidewalks in this community.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Pinebrooke are approximately $35 annually.
Although not connected, Pinebrooke is bordered to the north by Crown Colony, and to the west by Esmar Estates.

The subdivision of Pinebrooke is located in northeastern Hudson Ohio (Summit County) off E Streetsboro St, a half-mile west of Stow Rd.
Highways are accessible in 8 min to I-480, 11 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 15 min to I-271.
This neighborhood is serviced by the nationally acclaimed Hudson City School District. It’s less than a mile (4 min drive) to the Elementary, Intermediate, and Middle School campus. Hudson High School is a 6 min drive north.
