About Warner Estates in Hudson
Warner Estates, in northeastern Hudson Ohio, is a community of 13 charming historic homes situated upon the single cul-de-sac street of York Dr, just around the corner from the city’s school campus. The first home upon this street was built in 1920. The remaining homes were mainly constructed between 1965-1968, with the final residence built in 1991. Builders include Warren Johns.
Consistent with the designs of homes throughout historic Hudson, facades include Colonial Revival, Greek Reval, Federal, saltbox, and farmhouse styles.
These colonial homes range in size from 2,600-4,800 square feet with 4-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms.

Warner Estates encompasses the cul-de-sac street of York Dr. It is accessible off N Hayden Pkwy through the development of Evamere Heights.

Highways are accessible in 8 min to I-480, 11 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 15 min to I-271.
