Westbridge Crossing in Hudson

Westbridge Crossing is a community of 57 homes nestled against parkland, community greenspace, and nearby access to biking/hiking trails.

This development features colonial and some cape cod homes that were constructed from 1993-2006 by builders including North Coast Home and Prestige Homes. The majority of homes have since been updated/renovated.

Homes range from 2,300-4,700 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms.

Facade designs include traditional, transitional/soft contemporary, and New England styles. Most front elevations are constructed with aluminum or vinyl siding, but there are some partial brick fronts as well.

Inside, these homes are appointed with desirable amenities including hardwood flooring, two-story foyers with open staircases, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms, private dens, screened porches or sunrooms, and first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets. Great rooms with fireplaces are open to granite or quartz kitchens featuring a center island, breakfast bar seating, tile backsplash, pantry, and dinette area. Owner’s suites (some are first floor) include walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, and dual sinks/vanities. Full finished lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) are complete with theater or media rooms, kitchenettes, bars, exercise rooms, and storage areas. Homes offer attached 2-3 car side-entry garages.

Backyards feature patios and/or composite decks and fireplaces or fire pits.

Homesites mostly range from .46 to 1 acre. Nearly every lot is wooded and/or backs to forested parkland or wooded common area. Being that this is an established subdivision, many homes also have mature trees in the front yard, providing shade and privacy from the street.

Homes on the southern side of the Londonairy Blvd entrance back to 5 acres of greenspace owned by the HOA, most of it wooded (designated in yellow on map below). Directly east of the development is 120 acres of parkland that includes Mud Lake for fishing Largemouth bass, Crappies, and Bluegill. The northern portion of the subdivision abuts a wooded parcel behind a church.

There are two entrances to this development: from Terex Rd via Londonairy Blvd, and from W Streetsboro St via Heather Ln. The entrances are flanked on either side by lovely landscaped beds with white picket fencing and signage.

This subdivision encompasses the homes on Londonairy Blvd up to Southwicke Ct, and all homes on Heather Ln, Lauren Drive, and the cul-de-sac streets of Inverness Ct, Southwicke Ct, and Tottenham Dr.

This community has no curbs or sidewalks.

All homes have public sewer. Most have well water, with a few homes serviced by city water.

It is serviced by the nationally acclaimed Hudson City School District.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Westbridge Crossing are approximately $150 annually.

Westbridge Crossing is connected to the subdivision to the south, Bridgewater Place, via Londonairy Blvd, which has entrances on Terex Rd.

The 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park is only 8 min away, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.

Just .7 miles southeast on Barlow Rd is access to Summit Metro Parks’ 34-mile Bike & Hike Trail (via Barlow & Terex Trailhead), with connections to additional regional trails.

Golfers are only 5 min from the city-owned golf club, Ellsworth Meadows. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, you’re 6 min to Lake Forest Country Club and 11 min to Hudson Country Club.

Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Resorts are a 12 min drive for skiing and tubing during the winter months.

A concert at Blossom Music Center is 16 min away.
