The Reserve at River Oaks in Hudson

The Reserve at River Oaks is a newer community of roughly 194 single-family homes in northwest Hudson Ohio, built exclusively by Pulte Homes from 2015-2021.

River Oaks is situated on over 353 acres with over 220 acres of dedicated nature preserve.

With cleared lots and houses in clear view from the street, the community has an open feel to it.

Being that these homes were constructed by a single builder, the complimentary facades bring an architectural symmetry to the community.

These two-story homes mainly range from 3,000-7,100 square feet with 4-6 bedrooms and 3.5-5.5 bathrooms.

Pulte offered seven home designs in River Oaks appointed with desirable amenities including open floorplans, luxury vinyl flooring, formal dining rooms with tray ceiling, private dens or flex rooms, garage entryways with bench seating or a true mudroom, and laundry rooms with cabinets. Oversized great rooms with fireplaces and large windows are open to granite or quartz kitchens featuring a large center island with breakfast bar seating, tile backsplash, walk-in pantry, dinette area, and adjacent planning center for electronics and schoolwork. Owner’s retreats include sitting areas, walk-in closets, and spa-like en-suite bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Second-floors feature lofts/game rooms and guest bedrooms with WICs. Full finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) are complete with theater or media rooms, kitchenettes, bars, exercise rooms, and storage areas. Homes offer oversized 3-4 car side-entry garages.

Backyards feature patios and/or composite decks, gazebos, covered living areas, and fireplaces or fire pits.

Homesites range from .32 to .55 acres with premium lots available as pond-view, wooded, around any of the twelve cul-de-sacs, or around the perimeter of the development backing to wooded preserve.

There are two entrances to this subdivision via Timberline Trl and Majestic Oaks Dr, both off Boston Mills Rd. They are flanked on either side by landscaped beds with curved stacked stone walls. The entrance streets have a divided median with landscaped islands and stacked stone signage.

The Reserve at River Oaks also encompasses the streets of Rosewood Trl, Walnut Ct, Kingswood Dr, Regal Woods Dr, Wildwood Ct, Ridgeline Dr, Forest Edge Dr, Woodview Ct, and Highwood Ct.

There are curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street. Acorn-shaped streetlights throughout the community provide illumination at night.

Post is delivered in the community mailbox unit.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at The Reserve at River Oaks are approximately $54 monthly.

This neighborhood is serviced by the nationally acclaimed Hudson City School District.
