Evamere Heights is a community of 44 custom-built homes in northeastern Hudson Ohio with sidewalks that offer direct walkability to the city’s school campus. These homes were constructed from 1959-1980 by builders including Hargreaves, John Mathews, and Warren Johns, and have since been updated.

These colonial and cape cod homes range in size from 2,200-4,700 square feet, with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4 bathrooms.

Evamere Heights homes are appointed with desirable amenities including hardwood flooring, foyers with open staircases and coat closets, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms, private dens, and first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets. You are 7 min from Summit Bike and Hike Trail (Silver Springs Trailhead), which offers 34 miles of trails past the Cuyahoga Valley National Forest and through Summit, Cuyahoga and Portage counties.
