Warner Estates is a single-street community of 13 charming historic colonial homes in the northeast quadrant of Hudson, Ohio, conveniently across the street from the city’s school campus. The subdivision comprises the cul-de-sac street of York Dr, located off the east side of N Hayden Pkwy, approximately 360′ north of E Streetsborough St (OH-303).

The first was built in 1920. Subsequent homes were constructed between 1965-1968, with the final residence built in 1991. Builders include Warren Johns.

Consistent with the architecture of homes throughout historic Hudson, facades include Colonial Revival, Greek Revival, Federal, saltbox, and farmhouse styles.

There are no mandatory Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Warner Estates.

This development is bordered to the north and west by Evamere Heights, to the east by Esmar Estates, and to the southeast by Wellgate Condos.

The subdivision of Warner Estates is located in northeastern Hudson, Ohio (Summit County), approximately 360′ north of E Streetsborough St (OH-303), off the east side of N Hayden Pkwy, encompassing the cul-de-sac street of York Dr.

Highways are accessible in 8 min to I-480, 11 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 15 min to I-271.

You are 7 min from Summit Bike and Hike Trail (Silver Springs Trailhead), which offers 34 miles of trails past the Cuyahoga Valley National Forest and through Summit, Cuyahoga and Portage counties.

The 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park is just 12 min away, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.
