Di Novi Acres is an established community of 27 homes in northern Hudson, Ohio, within walking distance to the trails at Darrow Road Park.
This subdivision is located east of Darrow Rd, roughly 0.7 miles south of Middleton Rd, and comprises the streets of E Highgate Ct and W Highgate Ct, and two homes at the south end of Highgate Dr. Di Novi Acres is accessible from the south side of Herrick Park Dr, through the adjoining subdivision of Western Reserve Park.


Homes were constructed from 1989-1997.
Architecture includes Georgian, Tudor, New England, and Greek Revival styles, constructed with full vinyl or full brick facades.

The subdivision of Di Novi Acres is located in northern Hudson, Ohio (Summit County), 0.7 miles south of Middleton Rd, off the south side of Herrick Park Dr.
Highways are accessible in 7 min to I-480, 10 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 11 min to I-271.
Close proximity to Hudson City Schools (all within a 6 min drive), as well as other local private schools, means transporting the kids to school will be a breeze.
Private schools serving the community include Western Reserve Academy (grades 9-12), Seton Catholic School (K-8), and Hudson Montessori School (preschool-8th grade) — each located in Hudson; Old Trail School (preschool-8th grade) in Fairlawn; and Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy (grades 7-12) in Cuyahoga Falls.
