Winston Manor is a residential swim and tennis community of 147 homes in northwest Hudson, Ohio.
This subdivision comprises the streets of Ambrose Dr, Brandywine Dr, Great Oak Dr, Pitkin Dr, Steepleview Dr, Tanager Dr, and one home on W Prospect St (house number 293).


There are three direct entrances to Winston Manor: Brandywine Dr is off the west side of N Main St and the north side of W Prospect St; Steepleview Dr is off the north side of W Prospect St.

Homes were built from 1988-2002 by builders including Brad Dillman, David Moore, Franklin & Associates, and MMMC.
These two-story and ranch homes range from 2,400-6,700 square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 3-5.5 bathrooms.
Architectural styles include Cape Cod, Colonial Revival, Federal, Neo-Colonial/Transitional, and Tudor Revival. Most facades are constructed with full vinyl, but there are some with full brick or brick accents.
Homes are appointed with desirable amenities including first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, two-story foyers with open staircases, hardwood flooring, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms or private dens, sunrooms or screened porches, and fireplace great rooms with large windows and vaulted or two-story ceilings that are open to updated kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, a center island, breakfast bar, tile backsplash, walk-in pantry, and dinette area. Full finished lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) feature theater or media rooms, kitchenettes, bars, exercise rooms, and storage areas. Attached side-entry garages accommodate 2-3.5 cars.
Residences are serviced with public water and public sewer.
Backyards feature patios and/or composite decks, covered living areas, fireplaces or fire pits, and even in-ground pools.
Lots offer approximately 105′ of street frontage and are primarily sized from 0.39 to 0.99 acres. There is also one home on 1.4 acres.
Lots feature varied tree cover, ranging from lightly treed to partially or heavily wooded.
Three homes have waterfront views surrounding Blackberry Pond.
Brandywine Creek flows behind numerous properties on the south side of Brandwine Dr, offering dramatically sloping topography. Creek-adjacent properties may have riparian setbacks.
⚡A row of wooden distribution lines runs along the back property line of lots along the west side of Ambrose Dr.
This lovely community has tree lawn saplings, matching black and white mailboxes, acorn-shaped streetlights, curbs, and sidewalks on one side of the street.
Pitkin Dr has a cul-de-sac with a landscaped island.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Winston Manor are approximately $1,000 annually.
Winston Manor Recreational Amenities:
Recreational amenities are located on a 1-acre common area parcel at the northwest corner of the development (54 Ambrose Dr).
Amenities include a swimming pool, wading pool, dual tennis/pickleball courts, and an 1,800 square foot clubhouse (constructed in 1998) that can residents can reserve for events.

Winston Manor subdivision is located in northwest Hudson, Ohio (Summit County), extending between N Main St and W Prospect St.
Highways are accessible in 10 min to I-480, and 12 min to I-271 and I-80/Turnpike.
🔊NOISE: The north end of this development is rougly 100′ south of I-80/Turnpike, which may subject it to interstate noise pollution.
This neighborhood is served by the nationally acclaimed Hudson City School District.
A number of private schools also serve the community, including Western Reserve Academy (grades 9-12), Seton Catholic School (K-8), and Hudson Montessori School (preschool-8th grade) — each located in Hudson; Old Trail School (preschool-8th grade) in Fairlawn; and Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy (grades 7-12) in Cuyahoga Falls.
It’s just a 4 min drive to First & Main in downtown Hudson, an upscale retail district with national chain stores along with locally-owned shops and restaurants. First & Main is also home to more than a dozen annual events in the park-like square.
