Weston Place is a community of 60 homes in southwest Hudson, Ohio with nearby park access. This subdivision is located off the north side of Norton Rd, a half-mile west of Stow Rd. It comprises the streets of Alsace Ct, Deacon Ct, Hemingway Ct, Longfellow Ln and Westchester Ct, and the west half of Weston Dr.


These homes were constructed from 1991-2002. Builders include Wagler Homes, Chand Construction, Encore Homes, and Prestige Homes.
Facades showcase Colonial Revival, Cape Cod and Greek Revival architecture.
Homes range from 2,500-4,400 square feet with 4-5 bedrooms and 2.5-5 bathrooms.
Weston Place homes are appointed with desirable amenities including hardwood flooring, large first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, two-story foyers with turned staircases, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms and/or private libraries, and fireplaced great rooms that are open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, a center island, breakfast bar, tile backsplash, walk-in pantry, and dinette area. Second-floor owner’s suites include sitting areas/rooms, walk-in closets, and en-suite bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, and dual sinks/vanities. Full finished lower levels are complete with theater or media rooms, kitchenettes, bars, exercise rooms, and storage areas. Attached garages accommodate 2-3 cars, most of which are side-entry.
Residences are serviced by public sewer and public water.
Backyards feature lush landscaping, specialty patios and/or composite decks, and fireplaces or fire pits.
Lots range from 0.45 to 1.1 acres and feature varied land cover from cleared to lightly treed or wooded.
A walking path from the Duffield Ct cul-de-sac (dashed red line on above map) leads to the 30-acre Oak Grove Park (designated in green on map), which includes sports fields, hiking trails, a playground, picnic pavilion, grills, and the much-loved Hudson Jaycees’ annual Halloween Haunted House! The path continues across Barlow Rd to Wood Hollow Metro Park, with a 1.2-mile trail and fishing pond.

Alsace Ct, Deacon Ct, Hemingway Ct, Longfellow Ln and Westchester Ct have cul-de-sacs.
Like much of Hudson, this subdivision does not have curbs or sidewalks.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Weston Place.
To the east, Weston Dr adjoins the subdivision of Weston Hills, which has entrances off Norton and Stow Roads.

The subdivision of Weston Place is located along the border of Stow in southeastern Hudson, Ohio (Summit County), off the north side of Norton Rd, a half-mile west of Stow Rd.
Highways are accessible in 12 min to I-480, 14 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 15 min to I-271.
This neighborhood is serviced by the nationally acclaimed Hudson City School District.
A number of nearby private schools also serve the community, including Western Reserve Academy (grades 9-12), Seton Catholic School (K-8), and Hudson Montessori School (preschool-8th grade) — each located in Hudson; Old Trail School (preschool-8th grade) in Fairlawn; and Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy (grades 7-12) in Cuyahoga Falls.

Barlow Farm Park, a 5 min drive, offers 60-acres with six soccer fields, four ball diamonds, approximately 2 miles of multipurpose trail, pavilions, grills, and playground equipment.
The 280-acre park Silver Springs Park in Stow is just a 6 min drive with playgrounds, a dog park and beach, lit tennis and basketball courts, baseball and softball fields, outdoor picnic shelters, and 1.6 miles of unpaved hiking and cross country trails.
The 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park is just 14 min away, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.
