Weston Hills is a community of roughly 47 colonial homes in southeast Hudson, Ohio with access to a city park.

This subdivision is located at the northwest corner of Norton Rd and Stow Rd. It comprises the streets of Bristol Ct, Brooklands Dr, and Duffield Dr (excluding the cul-de-sac), the eastern end of Weston Dr (house numbers 2130 and higher), and three homes on Norton Rd.

Note: Lots surrounding the Duffield Dr cul-de-sac belong to Fassalto Acres, and are not part of this development.

Homes were constructed from 1990-1994.

Facades feature Colonial Revival, French Country and Georgian architecture styled with brick or horizontal siding.

These two-story homes range from 2,600-5,200 square feet with 4-5 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5+ bathrooms.

Weston Hills homes are appointed with desirable amenities including hardwood flooring, large first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, 2-story foyers with turned staircases, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms and/or private libraries, and fireplaced great rooms that are open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, tiled backsplash, pantry, and dinette area. Second-floor owner’s suites include sitting areas/rooms, walk-in closets, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking tubs, and dual sinks/vanities. Full finished lower levels are complete with theater or media rooms, kitchenettes, bars, exercise rooms, and storage areas. Attached garages accommodate 2 cars, the majority of which are front-entry.

Residences are serviced by public sewer and public water.

Backyards feature lush landscape beds, specialty patios and/or composite decks, and fireplaces or fire pits.

Homesites have varied land cover, from cleared to lightly treed or partially wooded.

Lots measure approximately 125′ wide and mainly range from 0.43 to 0.70 acres.

Powers Brook stream flows along the eastern end of the development, where there may be riparian setbacks.

HOA-owned common area parcels are designated in yellow on the above map.

🛢️There is an oil well and a gas tank battery (orange dot on above map) on a vacant parcel along the south side of Weston Dr. Due to health and safety concerns, proximity to gas and oil wells can negatively impact home values. However, surrounding residents can often yield reduced property tax values through the board of revisions.

A walking path (dashed red line on above-illustrated map) off the Duffield Ct cul-de-sac leads to the 30-acre Oak Grove Park, which offers sports fields, hiking trails, a playground, picnic pavilion, grills, and the much-loved annual Hudson Haunted House come Halloween. The path continues across Barlow Rd to Wood Hollow Metro Park, with a 1.2-mile nature trail and fishing pond.

Entrances are available off the west side of Stow Rd via Weston Dr, and the north side of Norton Rd via Duffield Dr. Both entrances are designated by a landscaped bed with a red brick signage wall.

Bristol Ct and Brooklands Dr have cul-de-sacs.

Like many of Hudson’s neighborhoods, Weston Hills does not have curbs or sidewalks.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Weston Hills are approximately $110 annually.

To the west, Weston Dr adjoins the subdivision of Weston Place, which has its town entrance on Norton Rd.

The subdivision of Weston Hills is located along the border of Stow in southeastern Hudson, Ohio (Summit County), at the northwest corner of Norton and Stow Roads.

Highways are accessible in 12 min to I-480, 14 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 15 min to I-271.

This neighborhood is serviced by the nationally acclaimed Hudson City School District.

A number of nearby private schools also serve the community, including Western Reserve Academy (grades 9-12), Seton Catholic School (K-8), and Hudson Montessori School (preschool-8th grade) — each located in Hudson; Old Trail School (preschool-8th grade) in Fairlawn; and Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy (grades 7-12) in Cuyahoga Falls.

It’s a 10 min drive to downtown Hudson’s First & Main, an upscale retail district with national chain stores along with locally-owned shops and restaurants. First & Main is also home to more than a dozen annual events in the park-like square.

Shoppers will appreciate being 20 min from Aurora Farms Premium Outlets with 50+ outlet stores of the most popular brands.

LifeCenter Plus is just 4 min away, Hudson’s full-service four-season health and fitness facility with strength-training and cardio equipment, five pools including a warm water therapy pool plus an outdoor aquatic center, an indoor track, rock climbing wall, racquetball and pickleball courts, as well as cycling, pilates, yoga and Tai Chi studios.

You are a 3 min drive or 6 min bike to Summit Bike and Hike Trail (Silver Springs Trailhead), which offers 34 miles of trails past the Cuyahoga Valley National Forest and through Summit, Cuyahoga and Portage counties.

Barlow Farm Park, a 5 min drive, encompasses 60 acres with six soccer fields, four ball diamonds, approximately 2 miles of multipurpose trail, pavilions, grills, and playground equipment.

The 280-acre park Silver Springs Park in Stow is just a 6 min drive with playgrounds, a dog park and beach,  lit tennis and basketball courts, baseball and softball fields, outdoor picnic shelters, and 1.6 miles of unpaved hiking and cross country trails.

The 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park is just 14 min away, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.

Golfers are only 5 min to Fox Den Golf Course, 6 min to Raccoon Hill Golf Club, and 8 min to the city-owned golf club, Ellsworth Meadows. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, it’s 13 min to Hudson Country Club and Lake Forest Country Club.

Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Resorts are a 19 min drive for skiing and tubing during the winter months.
