The 9.02 acre site includes common area (yellow area within the red border on above-illustrated map) with grassed areas and mature trees.
The southern end of the community abuts undeveloped municipal property (green-colored parcels on above map).

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees for The Villas of Hudson are approximately $360 monthly, which includes snow removal, lawn care/landscaping, and the reasonable maintenance, repair, and/or replacement of the following home exterior items: structural portions of the roof, power vents, de-icing cables, shutters, gutters, downspouts, siding, exterior painting, exterior lighting fixtures, and patio fencing and gates.
Bordering this subdivision to the west are the homes of Clayton Court.
