The Preserve of Strongsville is a single-street sub-association of 32 homes within the Forest Glen development, adjacent to the neighborhood playground, basketball court and picnic pavilion. It is located off the north side of Drake Rd, between Prospect Rd and Pearl Rd, and comprises the cul-de-sac street of Woodlawn Ct and 19886 Bowman Dr.


Homes were constructed by Christopher Homes from 1997-2000. These two-story homes range from 2,200-5,600 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 bathrooms. Facades include traditional designs with partial or full brick/stone.
Homes offer 9′ ceilings, LVP flooring, solid wood interior doors, dramatic two-story foyers with turned staircases, first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs, private dens, formal living rooms or hearth rooms, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings and trim work, and vaulted or two-story great rooms with fireplaces that open to and kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, center islands, breakfast bars, pantry, and dining area. Second-floor owner’s suites offer vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with a soaking/jetted tub and/or tiled walk-in shower, dual sink vanity, and enclosed commode. Full 13-course finished lower levels include media rooms, bars and exercise rooms. Front-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Backyards include patios and/or composite decks.
Fences and pools are allowed.
Homesites are sized from 0.29 to 0.84 acres (average of 0.37 acres). Backyards are either treed or have a neighboring treed parcel.
Five homes abut the 3.18-acre neighborhood park (large yellow parcel on above map) offering treed views, an open meadow, picnic pavilion, basketball court, and a new playground. A paved walkway to the park is between 17316 & 17338 Woodland Ct.

You are 12 min from Brunswick Lake Park with a large fishing lake, a half-mile wooded nature trail, and half-mile paved trail, and a nature center.
Mapleside Farms is a 5 min drive for music concerts, breakfast with Santa, and their family-friendly Pumpkin Village with attractions including an apple orchard, pumpkin patch, 7-acre corn maze, hayrides, super slide, giant jump pillows, petting zoo, pig races, pedal car track, food, live performances and music.
