Stonecreek Reserve is a community of approximately 24 homes with greenspace in southeast Hudson, Ohio.
This subdivision comprises the streets of Stonecreek Way and Sandstone Path, located off the north side of Barlow Rd, 0.4 miles east of Stow Rd.


Homes were constructed from 2003-2014.
Facades feature Cape Cod, Colonial Revival, Craftsman-inspired and Transitional architecture styled with horizontal or single/shake siding, some with brick/stone accents.
These ranch, 1.5-story and 2-story homes range from 1,900-3,900 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms.
Stonecreek Reserve homes are appointed with desirable amenities including hardwood flooring, first-floor laundry rooms, front entry foyers (some are 2-story), formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, offices (some floorplans), fireplaced great rooms (may be vaulted), and kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, tiled backsplash, pantry, and dinette area. First or second-floor owner’s suites include walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and/or soaking tubs and dual sinks/vanities. Second floors may have lofts or bonus rooms. Full finished lower levels may include rec rooms, bars, exercise rooms and/or storage areas. Attached side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Residences utilize public sewer and well water.
Backyards feature specialty patios and/or composite decks.
Most lots range from 0.20 to 0.31 acres, but there are a few larger lots up to 1.08 acres along the north end of Stonecreek Way.
Lots feature varied tree cover, ranging from cleared to sparsely treed or partially wooded.
The terrain of the site is primarily flat with some gently sloping areas.
The development has a total of 12.5 acres of HOA-owned common area (designated in yellow on the above-illustrated map). Homes encircling the greenspace parcel at the center of the subdivision overlook a large fountained pond. The large plot to the north has heavily forested protected wetlands, extending wooded views to abutting homes.

The main entrance street of Stonecreek Way is ornamented by a landscaped median with signage.
Stonecreek Way and Sandstone Path are lined by street trees, acorn-style streetlights, and curbs.
Sidewalks extend only along the interior side of the development.
Stonecreek Way has a cul-de-sac.
With no connection to another subdivision, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Stonecreek Reserve are approximately $500 annually.
Bordering the north end of the nature preserve is a soccer club with indoor facilities and outdoor fields.

The subdivision of Stonecreek Reserve is located near the border of Stow and Streetsboro in southeastern Hudson, Ohio (Summit County), off the north side of Barlow Rd, 0.4 miles east of Stow Rd.
Highways are accessible in 12 min to I-480, 13 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 16 min to I-271.
This neighborhood is served by the nationally acclaimed Hudson City School District.
A number of nearby private schools also serve the community, including Western Reserve Academy (grades 9-12), Seton Catholic School (K-8), and Hudson Montessori School (preschool-8th grade) — each located in Hudson; Old Trail School (preschool-8th grade) in Fairlawn; and Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy (grades 7-12) in Cuyahoga Falls.
It’s a 10 min drive to downtown Hudson’s First & Main, an upscale retail district with national chain stores along with locally-owned shops and restaurants. First & Main is also home to more than a dozen annual events in the park-like square.
Shoppers will appreciate being 16 min from Aurora Farms Premium Outlets with 50+ outlet stores of the most popular brands.

It’s less than a mile to the 30-acre Oak Grove Park, which has baseball/softball fields, a playground, picnic pavilion, grills, and the much-loved annual Hudson Haunted House come Halloween. Across the street is Wood Hollow Metro Park, with a 1.2-mile nature trail and fishing pond.

The 280-acre park Silver Springs Park in Stow is a 5 min drive with playgrounds, a dog park and beach, lit tennis and basketball courts, baseball and softball fields, outdoor picnic shelters, and 1.6 miles of unpaved hiking and cross country trails.
The 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park is 15 min away, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.
Golfers are within 10 min of Fox Den Golf Course, Raccoon Hill Golf Club, and the city-owned Ellsworth Meadows. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, it’s 12-14 min to Hudson Country Club and Lake Forest Country Club.
Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Resorts are a 20 min drive for skiing and tubing during the winter months.
