St. Andrews Commons is a community of 75 homes in northeastern Hudson, Ohio, adjacent to the dense forest of the city’s keystone park with direct access to its trails. This subdivision is located 0.9 miles east of Stow Rd, off the north side of E Streetsboro Rd, and comprises the streets of St George Dr, St Ives Blvd and St Regis Blvd.


Homes were constructed from 1988-2012. Builders include Prestige Homes.
Architectural styles include Colonial, Georgian, Greek Revival and Tudor.
These 2-story homes range in size from 3,200-5,200 square feet with 4-5 bedrooms and 3-4.5 bathrooms.

The northwest section of St. Andrews Commons abuts the forested parkland of Hudson Springs Park (designated in green on above map) for endless views of nature and wildlife viewing opportunities. There is also direct access to the park’s trails from St Ives Blvd.
⚡A cleared strip of land with a row of wooden H-frame distribution lines runs near or through properties along the northeast end of the development.
The entrance to St Regis Blvd is ornamented by landscape beds with burgundy brick signage walls and lantern-topped pillars. In the center of the street is a landscaped median. White three-rail fencing extends along the front of the development.
Its streets are adorned with tree lawn saplings and mature trees.
Like much of Hudson, streets do not have curbs or sidewalks.
St George Dr and St Ives Blvd have cul-de-sacs.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees are approximately $150 annually.
The southwest end of this subdivision borders Last Valley Ln.

The subdivision of St. Andrews Commons is located along the border of Streetsboro in northeastern Hudson, Ohio (Summit County), off the north side of E Streetsboro Rd, 0.9 miles east of Stow Rd.
Highways are accessible in 7 min to I-480, 9 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 17 min to I-271.
This neighborhood is serviced by the nationally acclaimed Hudson City School District. The main campus (Early Learning, Elementary, Intermediate, and Middle Schools) is roughly a 7 min drive. Hudson High School is a 6 min drive.
A number of nearby private schools also serve the community, including Western Reserve Academy (grades 9-12), Seton Catholic School (K-8), and Hudson Montessori School (preschool-8th grade) — each located in Hudson; Old Trail School (preschool-8th grade) in Fairlawn; and Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy (grades 7-12) in Cuyahoga Falls.
It’s a 7 min drive to downtown Hudson’s First & Main, an upscale retail district with national chain stores along with locally-owned shops and restaurants. First & Main is also home to more than a dozen annual events in the park-like square.

The aforementioned trails leading to Hudson Springs Park offers the 260-acre with a 50-acre stocked lake for fishing or boating, 2.2 miles of shaded trails, picnic pavilions, disk golf course, horseshoe courts, volleyball courts, bocce ball court, children’s hedge maze, and a playground.
You are 8 min from Summit Bike and Hike Trail (Silver Springs Trailhead), which offers 34 miles of trails past the Cuyahoga Valley National Forest and through Summit, Cuyahoga and Portage counties.
The 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park is just 15 min away, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.
Golfers are only 10 min from the city-owned golf club, Ellsworth Meadows. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, it’s 9 min to Hudson Country Club and 10 min to Lake Forest Country Club.
