Simon Lane homes were built from 1984-1985.

These two-story homes range from 3,000-3,900+ square feet with 4 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms.

The entrance to Simon Lane has a lighted sign designating the private drive and the subdivision name, Heron’s Rest. Groves of mature trees flank the entrance and continue along the street, obstructing homes from view of the main road.

Post is delivered to the cluster mailboxes located at the entrance to Simon Lane.

Simon Lane Homeowners Association (HOA) fees are approximately $1,000 annually, which includes snow removal.

Bordering this development to the north is The Oaks of Hudson, to the northeast is Meadowood Lane, and to the east is the Village West.

Simon Lane is a private drive located in central Hudson, Ohio (Summit County), off the north side of W Streetsboro St, 1.2 miles west of Main St (OH-91).

Highways are accessible in 7 min to I-80/Turnpike, 9 min to I-271, and 12 min to I-480.
