Olde Towne Colony is a community of 80 homes in south-central Hudson, Ohio, with direct access to Colony Park.
This subdivision is located off the east side of S Main St (OH-91), 0.7 miles south of Streetsboro St. It comprises the streets of Clairhaven Dr, Colony Dr, Village View Dr, the south end of Sunset Dr (house numbers 231-267), odd house numbers 221-267 on S Main St, and the south end of Southdale Ave. Note: There are no homes with Southdale Ave or Village View Dr addresses.


Homes were constructed from 1954-1977 by builders including Patco.
These ranch and two-story homes range from 1,500-3,700 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2-3.5+ bathrooms.

The east end of this subdivision abuts the 34-acre Colony Park (green section on above-illustrated map), accessible via a gravel path between 223 and 231 Sunset Dr. The park has Little League and Youth baseball fields, a sand volleyball court, basketball court, playground, pavilion, and trails that adjoin other neighboring developments where children meet friends to play.
🚂There are train tracks approximately 500′ from the northeast corner of the development.

The entrance to Colony Dr is flanked by landscaped beds with lantern-topped red brick corner walls.
As is typical of Hudson neighborhoods, this community has no curbs or sidewalks.
To the north, Southdale Ave and Sunset Dr adjoin Keswyke Estates (Keswick Drive). To the south, Sunset Dr adjoins Plymouth Village.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Olde Towne Colony are approximately $25 annually.

Olde Towne Colony is located in south-central Hudson, Ohio (Summit County), 0.7 miles south of Streetsboro St (OH-303), off the east side of S Main St (OH-91).
Highways are accessible in 8 min to OH-8, 12 min to I-480 and I-80/Turnpike, and 14 min to I-271.
Residences are served by the nationally acclaimed Hudson City School District.
A number of private schools also serve the community, including Western Reserve Academy (grades 9-12), Seton Catholic School (K-8), and Hudson Montessori School (preschool-8th grade) — each located in Hudson; Old Trail School (preschool-8th grade) in Fairlawn; and Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy (grades 7-12) in Cuyahoga Falls.
Located 1.5 miles away in downtown Hudson, First & Main is an upscale retail district with national chain stores along with locally-owned shops and restaurants. First & Main is also home to more than a dozen annual events in the park-like square.
