Oak Point Commons is an established community of 41 single-family homes across from Boston Mills Park in northwest Hudson, Ohio.
This subdivision comprises the streets of Ridgewood Blvd and Westpoint Dr, located 1.2 miles east of Chittenden Rd/OH-8 off the south side of Boston Mills Rd.


These homes were built from 1996-2005 by builders including Comstock Homes, MMMC Builders, Morgan Gregory Homes, and Prestige Homes.
Facades reflect classic New England architecture, showcasing styles like Cape Cod, Colonial Revival, Dutch Colonial Revival, Federal, Georgian Revival and Greek Revival, as well as some more modern Transitional designs.
Homes are mostly two-story, but there are a few ranch floorplans that range from 3,400-5,600 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 3.5-5.5 bathrooms.
Homes are appointed with desirable amenities including hardwood flooring, first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms and/or private dens with built ins, sunrooms, and oversized great rooms with fireplaces and large windows that are open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, a center island, breakfast bar, tile backsplash, walk-in pantry, and dinette area. The terrain varies slightly, from level to gently rolling.
The development includes 14.16 acres of HOA-owned forested preserve land (yellow parcels within the red border on the above-illustrated map), extending privacy and timbered vistas. Yellow sections outside the red border indicate common area belonging to the neighobring communities.
The entrances to Ridgewood Blvd and Westpoint Dr are flanked by earth berms with mature evergreens, prodiving privacy from passing traffic along the main road.
Ridgewood Blvd and Westpoint Dr are lined with street trees, curbs and sidewalks (a rarity in Hudson neighborhoods!), and acorn-shaped streetlights that illuminate the streets at night.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Oak Point Commons are approximately $150 annually.
To the east is Laurel Lake Retirement Community. To the southwest is The Reserve at River Oaks.

Oak Point Commons is located in northwest quadrant of Hudson, Ohio (Summit County), off the south side of Boston Mills Rd, roughly 1.2 miles east of Chittenden Rd/OH-8.
Highways are accessible in 6 min to I-80/Turnpike, 8 min to I-271, and 15 min to I-77.
This neighborhood is served by the nationally acclaimed Hudson City School District.
