Middleton Park Estates is a community of 31 single-family homes in northeastern Hudson, Ohio walkable to Ellsworth Hill Elementary. This subdivision is located off the north side of Middleton Rd, 0.2 miles east of Stow Rd, and comprises Alexandra Dr and the southern half of Chamberlin Blvd.

These homes built exclusively by Pulte Homes, a production home builder, from 2011-2013.

With cleared lots and houses in clear view from the street, this development has an open feel to it.

Facades are styled with complementary modern farmhouse architecture, creating a cohesive streetscape. Most front elevations are constructed of full vinyl, but there are some with brick or stone accents.

Owner’s retreats (first or second-floor) include sitting areas, walk-in closets, and spa-like en-suite bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. The subdivision of Middleton Park Estates is located in northeastern Hudson, Ohio (Summit County), off the north side of Middleton Rd, 0.2 miles east of Stow Rd.

Highways are conveniently accessible in 5 min to I-480 (runs just east of the development), 7 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 14 min to I-271.
