These two-story homes primarily range from 3,000-5,100 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms. However, there are some even larger homes up to 9,300 square feet.

Residences are serviced by public sewer and public water.
Backyard oases extend living outdoors, featuring lush landscaping, brick or stone patios and/or composite decks, built-in kitchens/grills, and fireplaces or fire pits.
Homesites mainly range from 0.34 to 0.86 acres. There are also two larger lots measuring 1.3 acres and 2.9 acres.
Lots feature varied land cover, from cleared to lightly or heavily treed.
The terrain is primarily flat, ideal for dogs, children, playsets, lawn games and gardens.
Fox Trace Ln and Pinewood Ln are improved with lantern-style streetlights, street trees, curbs, and sidewalks on one side of the street.
Fox Trace Ln has a cul-de-sac with a landscaped island.
The southwest section of this development abuts the park behind the Barlow Community Center (green area on above-illustrated map). A direct pathway off Fox Trace Ln (across from the terminus of Pinewood Ln) connects to the paved 0.8-mile Barlow Trail that encircles two large ponds.
Bordering this subdivision to the east is Manor Drive.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Fox Trace are approximately $40 annually.

The subdivision of Fox Trace is located in central Hudson, Ohio (Summit County), off the south side of E Streetsboro St, a half-mile east of N Main St.
Highways are accessible in 10 min to I-480, 12 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 15 min to I-271.
