First or second-floor owner’s suites include sitting areas/rooms, walk-in closets, and spa-like en-suite bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, and dual sinks/vanities. Full finished lower levels are complete with media rooms, kitchenettes, bars, exercise rooms, and storage areas. Side or rear-entry garages maximize curb appeal and accommodate 2-4 cars.

Residences have public sewer and public water.

Treed homesites mainly range from 0.34 to 0.86 acres. There is also one home upon 1.3 and another on 2.9 acres.

Backyard gardens feature lush landscape beds, brick or stone courtyard patios and/or composite decks, built-in grills, and fireplaces or fire pits.

The southwest section of this development abuts two large ponds on the Barlow Community Center property. A 0.8-mile paved trail encircles the ponds, which has a direct pathway from Fox Trace Ln (across from the intersection with Pinewood Ln).

Fox Trace Ln and Pinewood Ln are improved with streetlights, street trees, curbs, and sidewalks on one side of the street.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Fox Trace are approximately $40 annually.

Highways are accessible in 10 min to I-480, 12 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 15 min to I-271.
