This subdivision is located off the east side of Stow Rd, 0.3 miles north of E Streetsboro St, comprising the streets Deer Hollow and Pheasants Ridge.

This prestigious development was primarily constructed between 1986 and 1990, with the final home completed in 2019. Custom builders include Hargreaves Construction, K Payne, Peter Paino, T. Longwell, and Zampelli.

Facades include both traditional and contemporary styles, some of which boast full brick surround.

These commodious estates range in size from 4,500-10,800+ square feet with 4-6 bedrooms and 3.5-6.5+ bathrooms.

The individually designed homes of Deer Hollow Estates are appointed with exquisite craftsmanship and desirable amenities including limestone and travertine tile, heated floors, hardwood flooring, multiple fireplaces, large windows, soaring decorative ceilings, and extensive millwork. Principal rooms include large first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, 2-story foyers with open staircases and designer chandeliers, grand formal dining rooms, formal living rooms and/or private libraries with wall paneling, and vaulted or 2-story great rooms with fireplaces and large windows that are open to chef’s kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, tile backsplash, top-of-the-line appliances, walk-in pantry, butler’s pantry, dinette area, and even a sunroom. First-floor owner’s suites include sitting areas/rooms, generous walk-in closets, and spa-like en-suite bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Full-finished lower levels are complete with theater or media rooms, kitchenettes, bars, wine cellars, exercise rooms, and storage areas.
