Canterbury Place homes were constructed from 1986-1999. Builders include Dillman, Hargreaves, Ken Payne, and Stefan Mitov.

Facades are constructed with vinyl, cedar, stone and/or brick. A number of homes even boast a full brick or stone surround.
These two-story and ranch homes range from 4,000-6,000 square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 3.5-5.5 bathrooms.
