Bridgewater Place is a community of 107 homes in western Hudson, Ohio, nestled against parkland and community greenspace, with nearby access to biking/hiking trails.
This subdivision is located a half-mile south of W Streetsboro St, off the east side of Terex Rd. It comprises the streets of Bersham Dr, Bridgewater Blvd, Bridgewater Cir, Fortrose Cir, Londonairy Cir, Oldham Way, and the south end of Londonairy Blvd (south of Southwicke Ct).


Homes were mainly constructed from 1988-1998, with the final home completed in 2021. Builders include Georgetown Builders and Prestige Homes.
These two-story homes range from 2,600-6,000+ square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms.
Facades are styled with New England architecture, including Colonial Revival, Greek Revival and Tudor Revival designs. Most front elevations are constructed with full vinyl, but there are some partial or full brick fronts.
Inside, these homes are appointed with desirable amenities including hardwood flooring, first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, two-story foyers with open staircases, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms, private dens, screened porches, and fireplaced great rooms with that are open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, a center island, breakfast bar, tile backsplash, pantry, and dinette area. Owner’s suites (most are second floor) include walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, and dual sinks/vanities. Full finished lower levels are complete with media rooms, kitchenettes, bars, exercise rooms, and storage areas. Attached side-entry garages accommodate 2-3.5 cars.
Homes have well water and public sewer.
Backyards feature patios and/or composite decks and fireplaces or fire pits.
Homesites range from 0.43 to 0.93 acres.
Nearly every lot has a heavily wooded backyard, offering privacy, timbered views, shade and soothing birdsong.
This development is surrounded by more than 50 acres of HOA-owned greenspace, much of it wooded (yellow sections within the blue border on illustrated map above).
Bordering this subdivision to the northeast is 120 acres of city-owned undeveloped parkland (green parcel on above illustrated map) that includes Mud Lake for fishing Largemouth bass, Crappies, and Bluegill.
Several parcels of surrounding greenspace or parkland contain wetlands.

There are two entrances to this development via Bersham Dr and Bridgewater Blvd. The main entrance on Bridgewater Blvd is flanked by curved red brick walls with lantern-topped pillars. The boulevard-style entrance has a divided median in the center of the street with a landscaped island displaying signage between brick lantern-topped pillars. White four-post ranch-style fencing extends along the main road.
Bridgewater Cir, Fortrose Cir, Londonairy Cir and Oldham Way have cul-de-sacs
Typical of most Hudson neighborhoods, this community has no curbs or sidewalks.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Bridgewater Place are approximately $200 annually.

Bridgewater Place is located in the southwestern quadrant of Hudson, Ohio (Summit County), off the east side of Terex Rd, a half-mile south of W Streetsboro St.
Highways are accessible in 8 min to I-80/Turnpike, 9 min to I-271, and 11 min to I-480.
It is served by the nationally acclaimed Hudson City School District.
A number of private schools also serve the community, including Western Reserve Academy (grades 9-12), Seton Catholic School (K-8), and Hudson Montessori School (preschool-8th grade) — each located in Hudson; Old Trail School (preschool-8th grade) in Fairlawn; and Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy (grades 7-12) in Cuyahoga Falls.
Located within a 7 min drive in downtown Hudson, First & Main is an upscale retail district with national chain stores along with locally-owned shops and restaurants. First & Main is also home to more than a dozen annual events in the park-like square.

The 33,000-acre Cuyahoga Valley National Park is only 8 min away, which includes the Cuyahoga River and numerous waterfalls, the 87-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail, and the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad.
Summit Metro Parks’ 34-mile Bike & Hike Trail is ≤1.3 miles away (via Barlow Road Lot or Rt 303 Trailhead), with connections to additional regional trails.
Golfers are only 4 min from the city-owned golf club, Ellsworth Meadows. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, you’re 8 min to Lake Forest Country Club and 13 min to Hudson Country Club.
Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Resorts are a 12 min drive for skiing and tubing during the winter months.
