My family of six relocated from Long Island, NY and Damien was recommended through the Coldwell Banker Relocation services. When we told him we were coming into town to house hunt he cleared his schedule, and gave us two full days of his undivided attention. Having had the opportunity to speak with him prior and discuss what our needs were proved to be extremely beneficial as we were able to narrow our search vie the Internet and Client Portal he established for us. Our second visit was no different as he blocked off time to show us a number of different homes, several for the second and third time. After extremely difficult negotiations as there was a divorce involved, he got the deal done. Damien did not disappear after we moved in either as the seller removed home theater speakers that were to remain as per the contract. He physically went to pick them up and delivered them to us only after some very uncomfortable exchanges with the previous owner and the deplorable listing agent. Damien recommended his company to list our home on Long Island, and it sold in one day for $1000 more than we were asking. Our transition to Ohio could not have been any smoother, and we have our good friend Damien to thank for that.
