About Westbridge Crossing in Hudson
Westbridge Crossing is a community of 57 homes nestled against parkland and community greenspace, with nearby access to biking/hiking trails.
This subdivision is located off the south side of W Streetsboro St and the east side of Terex Rd. It encompasses the and the cul-de-sac streets of Inverness Ct and Southwicke Ct, Heather Ln, Lauren Drive, Tottenham Dr, and the northern section of Londonairy Blvd (up to Southwicke Ct).


Homes were constructed from 1993-2006 by builders including North Coast Home and Prestige Homes.
These two-story homes range from 2,300-4,700 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms.
Facades feature New England-style architecture including Cape Cod, Colonial Revival and Dutch Colonial Revival, as well as transitional/Neo-Colonial designs. Most front elevations are constructed with aluminum or vinyl siding, but there are homes with brick/stone accents.
Inside, these homes are appointed with desirable amenities including hardwood flooring, first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, two-story foyers with open staircases, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms, private dens, screened porches or sunrooms, and fireplaced great rooms that are open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, a center island, breakfast bar, tile backsplash, pantry, and dinette area. Owner’s suites (some are first floor) include walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with tiled walk-in showers, soaking tubs, and dual sinks/vanities. Full finished lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) are complete with theater or media rooms, kitchenettes, bars, exercise rooms, and storage areas. Attached side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Home have public sewer and well water or city water.
Backyards feature patios and/or composite decks and fireplaces or fire pits.
The backyards of properties along the south side of Londonairy Blvd feaure scenic sloping topography.
Homesites measure approximately 100′ wide and mainly range from 0.46 to 1 acre.
Lots feature varied tree cover, from sparse to dense.
Homes on the southern side of the Londonairy Blvd entrance back to five acres of HOA-owned greenspace, some of it wooded (yellow parcel within the blue border on illustrated map above).
Yellow parcels outside the blue border are greenspace of the neighboring development.
Directly east is 120 acres of undeveloped parkland (designated in green on above illustrated map) that includes Mud Lake for fishing Largemouth bass, Crappies, and Bluegill.
The northwest corner of the subdivision abuts a church.
There are two entrances to this development: from Terex Rd via Londonairy Blvd, and from W Streetsboro St via Heather Ln. The entrances are designated by lovely landscaped beds with signage and white picket fencing.
Streets are lined by street trees.
A portion of Londonairy Blvd has curbs.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Westbridge Crossing are approximately $150 annually.
Westbridge Crossing adjoins Bridgewater Place to the south, via Londonairy Blvd, which has its own entrances on Terex Rd.

Westbridge Crossing subdivision is located in western Hudson Ohio (Summit County), off the south side of W Streetsboro St and the east side of Terex Rd.
Highways are accessible in 8 min to I-80/Turnpike, 9 min to I-271, and 11 min to I-480.
Residences are served by by the nationally acclaimed Hudson City School District.
Located within a 7 min drive in downtown Hudson, First & Main is an upscale retail district with national chain stores along with locally-owned shops and restaurants. First & Main is also home to more than a dozen annual events in the park-like square.

Only ≤1.2 miles west on W Streetsboro St is access to Summit Metro Parks’ 34-mile Bike & Hike Trail (at Rt 303 Trailhead), with connections to additional regional trails.
Golfers are only 5 min from the city-owned golf club, Ellsworth Meadows. If you’re looking for social membership and golf, you’re 6 min to Lake Forest Country Club and 11 min to Hudson Country Club.
