The Villas of Worthington is a community of roughly 115 single-family homes surrounded by common area, ponds, and a walking trail in North Royalton, Ohio. This subdivision is located off the west side of York Rd, 0.3 miles south of Albion Rd, and comprises Bentley Dr, Coventry Ct, Yorkshire Way, and Richland Dr.

Homes were built exclusively by Ryan Homes, a production builder, from 2007-2014.
The homogeneous streetscape features homes of similar design and scale.
These ranch and two-story homes range from 2,000-4,700 square feet, with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 bathrooms.
