About Parkside Reserve in North Royalton
Parkside Reserve is a single-street community of 24 luxury homes adjacent to The Metroparks in North Royalton, Ohio. This subdivision is located off the north side of Drake Rd, immediately west of Bennett Rd and encompasses the cul-de-sac street of Parkside Dr.
Homes were built from 2001-2006 by builders including Christopher Homes, Europa Homes, Main Street Homes, and New Century Builders.
Facades, while different, are complementary so that the neighborhood has architectural continuity.
Homes include ranch and two-story styles that range from 3,000-6,500 square feet with 3-6 bedrooms and 3-4.5 bathrooms.
Inside, homes are appointed with hardwood flooring, dramatic two-story foyers with open turned staircases, first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, formal dining rooms, formal living rooms and/or private dens, and fireplaced great rooms (some are two-story or vaulted) that open to large kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center island, breakfast bar seating, walk-in pantry, and dinette area. First or second-floor owner’s suites include walk-in closets, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, and dual sinks/vanities. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) have media rooms, bars, and exercise rooms.
Attached side-entry garages accommodate 3 cars.
Backyards are complete with custom patios and/or decks, professional landscaping, and firepits/fireplaces.
Spacious homesites are mainly sized from 0.45 to 0.79 acres. There are also a few larger lots measuring 1.0, 1.77 and 2.12 acres.
The eastern side of the street abuts a treeline for privacy from neighboring homes.
In addition to abutting forested parkland (designated in green on above map) for endless nature views, homes along the cul-de-sac and the west end of the street boast wooded backyards attracting songbirds and offering privacy, shade and significantly cooler al fresco entertaining on hot summer days.
Further adding to the scenic surroundings, an offshoot of the East Branch of the Rocky River (dashed blue line on above map) meanders along the western end of the development. Living near this waterway caters to nature lovers, offering rolling topography and opportunities for wildlife viewing.
The entrance to Parkside Dr is flanked on the right side by a lushly landscaped bed with stacked stone pillars and white split-rail fencing.
As a single-street community that is not connected to another subdivision, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
Parkside Dr is enhanced by mature street trees, curbs, and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Parkside Reserve are approximately $360 annually.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated North Royalton City School District.

Mill Stream Run Reservation is 7 min away with trails, rope courses and zip lines, as well as The Chalet, which has two toboggan chutes that are open in the winter.
