Prince Charles Estates (also called Royalview Estates or Royal State) is a community of 114 homes near Memorial Park and downtown North Royalton Ohio. Homes were built from 1977-1999 by builders including Callas Homes, Evergreen Builders, Hilltop Homes, and Zepkin Builders.
Traditionally styled facades include Tudor, stately full-brick, full-vinyl, and partial brick/stone.
The ranch, cape cod, and colonial homes of Prince Charles Estates range from 2,700-5,800 square feet, with 3–5 bedrooms and 2.5–6 bathrooms.
Inside, homes are appointed with two-story foyers, hardwood flooring, first-floor laundry rooms, formal dining rooms, private dens and/or formal living rooms, and fireplaced great rooms (some are vaulted) that open to kitchens featuring granite countertops, tile backsplash, pantry, and dinette area with slider access to sunroom or deck/patio. Second-floor owner’s suites have walk-in closets, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, jetted tubs, and dual sink vanities. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) include media rooms, bars, exercise rooms, and storage areas. Attached front or side-entry garages accommodate 2-4 cars.
Homesites are mainly sized from .39 to .52 acres, but there are some larger lots up to .93 acres. Most have treed or wooded backyards, attracting songbirds and offering privacy, shade and significantly cooler al fresco entertaining on hot summer days.
There is one entrance to Prince Charles Estates via Prince Charles Dr. With only one entrance and no connection to another subdivision, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
In addition to Prince Charles Dr, the subdivision also encompasses the streets of Monica Dr, Sir John Ave, Sir Richard Ave, and Sir Robert Ave. Its streets have mature street trees, curbs, and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
Currently, Prince Charles Dr is a dead-end street, but may be extended with future development opportunities.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees.
This development is served by North Royalton City Schools, all within a 5 min drive.
Bordering the community to the east is Hunters Creek, and to the north are Eagle Chase and Eagles West.

Convenient Location
Prince Charles Estates (also called Royalview Estates or Royal State) is in northeast North Royalton along the Broadview Heights border, on the north side of Royalton Rd, 0.4 miles east of State Rd.
Highways are accessible in 10 min to I-77, 14 min to I-71, and 15 min to I-80/Turnpike.
You are conveniently located just 3 min from downtown North Royalton with grocery, gas station, post office, fast food, and banking.
SouthPark Mall and Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is 17 min west.
Memorial Park, a 4 min drive, includes a skate park; baseball fields; tennis, pickleball, basketball and volleyball courts; shelters and picnic areas; a splash pad; and all purpose trail.
Additional outdoor recreation opportunities are plentiful! Brecksville Reservation, 12 min away, is the largest of the 18 Cleveland Metroparks reservations, offering excellent trails with scenic gorges and waterfalls. The Metroparks’ Hinckley Reservation is also a 12 min drive with 2,803 acres including twenty miles of all-purpose trails, bridle trails, a 90-acre lake (Hinckley Lake) with a boathouse for water sport rentals, a beach, swimming pool, two smaller fishing ponds also used for ice fishing and skating come winter, stone carvings at Worden’s Ledges, and its most notable feature–the porous sandstone outcroppings of Whipp’s Ledges. Hinckley Reservation is also home to the annual festival known as Buzzard’s Day, which celebrates the return of the turkey vulture to the area around mid-March. The Metroparks Mill Stream Run Reservation in Strongsville is 13 min away with trails, rope courses and zip lines, as well as The Chalet, which has two toboggan chutes that are open in the winter.
The North Royalton YMCA is 6 min north, featuring a gymnasium with premium free-weights and exercise equipment, cycling studio, yoga studio, an elevated 1/12 mile walking/running track, two-court basketball gymnasium, aquatics center, and an outdoor playground.
If you’re a golfer, you are 13 min or less from numerous courses: Briarwood, Hinckley Hills, Seneca, Ironwood, Valleaire, Sleepy Hollow, and Pine Hills.
