Camelot Estates in North Royalton Ohio is an upscale community of 60 luxury homes close to The Metroparks. Homes were custom-built exclusively by Chiuchiarelli Builders from 1990-1996.
Varying yet complimentary facades create an interesting and unique streetscape.
These ranch and colonial homes mainly range from 3,000-5,500 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 3-5 bathrooms.
Inside, homes are appointed with hardwood flooring, dramatic two-story foyers with open turned or curved staircases, first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, formal living rooms, private dens with glass-paned french doors, and fireplaced great rooms (some are vaulted or two-story) that are open to large kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, pantry, and dinette area. Spacious first or second-floor owner’s suites (some with vaulted or tray ceilings and sitting areas) include walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed commodes. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) have media rooms, bars, and exercise rooms. Attached front or side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars. Numerous homes also have storage sheds.
Generously sized homesites range from .39 to 1.88 acres. There is also one lot sized at 4.2 acres. Most boast treed or wooded backyards, attracting songbirds and offering privacy, shade and significantly cooler al fresco entertaining on hot summer days.

An offshoot of the East Branch of the Rocky River transverses the north end of King Arthurs Ct, offering scenic ravined topography on all lots surrounding the street.
The entrance to Camelot Estates is off Valley Pkwy via Lancelot Ln W. Just beyond the entrance on the west side of the street is a large fountained pond maintained by the HOA.
In addition to Lancelot Ln W, the community also encompasses the streets of Lancelot Ln E, King Arthurs Ct, and Merlin Oval.
There are mature street trees, curbs, and sidewalks throughout the development.
With only one entrance and no connection to another subdivision, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
Bordering the community directly north is a wooded 5.44-acre parcel owned by the city, beyond which are commercial plazas. To the west are Quail Ridge Condominiums.
NOTE: The industrial parkway housing the City of North Royalton’s Wastewater Treatment and Sewage Plants is directly west of the King Arthurs Ct cul-de-sac. On rare occasions, it can cause a rotten egg odor in the area.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated North Royalton City School district.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Camelot Estates are approximately $250 annually.

Camelot Estates is located in southwest North Royalton off Akins Rd, 0.1 miles east of W Edgerton Rd.
Highways are accessible in 5 min to I-71, 9 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 16 min to I-77.

The Metroparks’ Valley Parkway Connector Trail is a 9 min bike (or 5 min drive to trail parking lot), which connects eastward to Brecksville Reservation and the 81-mile Ohio & Erie Canal Towpath Trail and westward through Mill Stream Run Reservation all the way to Rocky River Reservation. It is 12 min to Hinckley Reservation with a 90-acre lake, watersport rentals, hiking trails, and rock climbing. Cuyahoga Valley National Park is 23 min away, offering 33,000-acres with hiking trails, bike paths, a scenic railroad, and a vast array of flora & fauna.
If you’re a golfer, Valleaire, Briarwood, Pine Hills, Hinckley Hills, Ironwood, and Seneca are all within a 12 min drive.
