It comprises the residential streets of Crystal Lakes Dr, Crystal Springs Dr, E Ravine View Ct and W Ravine View Ct, Hidden Valley Dr, Marsh Harbor Ct, River Rock Ln, River Run Ln, River Valley Blvd, and Rock Ledge Way.

This residential community includes 227 freestanding cluster homes built by U.S. Homes between 1997-2016.

There are six floorplans available as 1-story (ranch) or 1.5-story styles with first-floor owner’s suites. They range from 1,250-3,000 above-grade square feet with 2-3 bedrooms and 1.5-3.5 bathrooms. Homes may have slab foundation (no basement) or a full basement. Including finished basements, these homes can total 4,200 square feet.

First floor amenities and principal rooms include open floor plans, vaulted/volume ceilings, hardwood or LVP flooring, a guest room or private den, fireplaced great room, and kitchen featuring granite countertops, a pantry and dinette area.

Spacious first-floor owner’s suites include a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a double-sink vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking/jetted tub.

Second floors have lofts.

If included, basements (numerous of which are coveted walkouts!) may be finished to offer even more living space.
