This subdivision is located in the southwest section of North Royalton, Ohio, off the east side of Bennett Rd, 0.2 miles south of Drake Rd, and comprises River Valley Blvd, Crystal Lakes Dr, Crystal Springs Dr, E and W Ravine View Ct, Hidden Valley Dr, River Rock Ln, River Run Ln and Rock Ledge Way.

The residential community includes 227 freestanding cluster homes built by U.S. Homes between 1997-2016.
There are six floorplans available as ranch or cape cod styles with first-floor owner’s suites. They range from 1,250-4,600 square feet with 2-3 bedrooms, 1.5-3.5 bathrooms, and an attached two-car garage.
These single-family homes feature open floor plans, many with vaulted/volume ceilings, hardwood flooring, fireplaced living areas, and kitchens with granite countertops, pantry, and dinette area. Spacious first-floor owner’s suites include walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with double-sink vanities, walk-in showers, and soaking/jetted tubs. First-floor guest room or private den. Second floors have lofts. Finished full basements (some are coveted walkouts!) offer even more living and storage space. Private patios, composite decks, and/or covered living areas enhance outdoor living.
Homesites range from 0.13 to 0.32 acres.
Most homes abut HOA-owned wooded nature preserve land (yellow sections within the red boundary on above map), attracting songbirds and offering privacy, views of nature, and shade for significantly cooler temperatures on hot summer days.
Yellow areas outside the community’s perimeter are neighboring HOA’s common area (Timberlane Estates borders the development to the south and southeast; Nottingham Woods, to the southwest).

As a gated community that is not connected to another subdivision, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.
