About Jamestown Estates in North Royalton
Jamestown Estates in North Royalton Ohio is an established community of 65 homes mainly built from 1990-1999, with the final home constructed in 2013. Many homes have since been updated.
This is certainly not your typical mass-produced “cookie cutter” development. The variety of facades and designs offer an interesting and unique streetscape.
These ranch and two-story homes range from 2,500-5,700 square feet with 3–5 bedrooms and 2.5–3.5+ bathrooms.
Jamestown Estates homes are appointed with hardwood flooring, first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, private dens or formal living rooms, large fireplaced great rooms (some vaulted) that open to kitchens featuring quartz or granite countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, pantry, dinette area, and even a sunroom. First or second-floor owner’s suites include vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Second floors have lofts or bonus rooms. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) are complete with media rooms, billiard areas, bars, and exercise rooms. Attached front or side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Homesites are mostly sized from .39 to .49. Cul-de-sac lots range from .52 to .68 acres. Most have lightly treed to wooded backyards, offering shade and significantly cooler al fresco entertaining on hot summer days.
Plots of common area owned by the city or the neighboring development’s HOA (yellow plots on above map) extend open space views of abutting homesites.
Chippewa Creek flows south of the Jamestown Dr cul-de-sac (dotted blue line on map).
The entrance is off Wallings Rd via Jamestown Dr. It is flanked by stately curved brick walls with lantern-topped columns. A charming stone wall extends to the west along Wallings Rd.
In addition to Jamestown Dr, this community also includes 4 homes on Wallings Rd (even house numbers 3005-3125), and 16 homes on Apollo Dr (house numbers 11901-11991).
Its streets have curbs, sidewalks, and mature tree lawn trees.
Jamestown Estates is also accessible through the connecting subdivisions of Foxwood Estates (to the west) which has an entrance off Wallings Rd, or Royalton Heights (to the south), which has entrances off Royalwood Rd.
Bordering this development to the east (but not connected) is Windsor Woods of Broadview Heights.
It is served by the award-winning Brecksville-Broadview Heights City School district.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Jamestown Estates.

Convenient Location
The Jamestown Estates subdivision is located in northwestern North Royalton Ohio, off Wallings Rd, along the border of Broadview Heights.
I-77 is conveniently just an 8 min drive east.
Conveniently located one mile west at the intersection of Wallings and State roads is a Drug Mart, Hop Hing Chinese takeout, Blue Monkey Brewing Company, Cleats sports bar, Joe D’s Beverage, Marco’s Pizza, and Sunoco gas station.
The North Royalton YMCA is also in this area, featuring a gymnasium with premium free-weights and exercise equipment, cycling studio, yoga studio, an elevated 1/12 mile walking/running track, two-court basketball gymnasium, aquatics center, and an outdoor playground.
As for parks, Brecksville Reservation, the largest of the 18 Cleveland Metroparks reservations, offering excellent trails with scenic gorges and waterfalls, is 13 min east. The Metroparks Mill Stream Run Reservation is 15 min away with trails, rope courses and zip lines, as well as The Chalet, which has two toboggan chutes that are open in the winter. Cuyahoga Valley National Park is 18 min away, offering 33,000-acres with hiking trails, bike paths, a scenic railroad, and a vast array of flora & fauna.
If you’re a golfer, you are only 10 min to Seneca, 11 min to Briarwood, 13 min to Valleaire, 12 min to Ironwood and Hinckley Hills, and 15 min to Pine Hills and Sleepy Hollow Golf Courses.
The Brecksville-Broadview Heights School campus is 10 min east.
