About Jamestown Estates in North Royalton
Jamestown Estates is an established community of 65 homes in North Royalton, Ohio, located off the south side of Wallings Rd, nearly equidistant between State Rd and Broadview Rd. This subdivision encompasses Jamestown Dr, four homes on the south side of Wallings Rd (even house numbers 3005-3125), and sixteen homes on the north end of Apollo Dr (house numbers 11901-11991).


This development was constructed in four phases from 1990-1999, with the final home built in 2013.
These are anything but mass-produced “cookie-cutter” homes. The variety of facades and designs offer an interesting and unique streetscape.
Homes include ranch and two-story styles ranging from 2,500-5,700 square feet with 3–5 bedrooms and 2.5–3.5+ bathrooms.
Homes are appointed with hardwood or LVP flooring, first-floor laundry rooms with utility tubs and cabinets, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, private dens or formal living rooms, large fireplaced great rooms (some vaulted) that open to kitchens featuring quartz or granite countertops, tile backsplash, breakfast bar seating, pantry, dinette area, and even a sunroom. First or second-floor owner’s suites feature vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed lavatories. Second floors have lofts or bonus rooms. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) may include media rooms, billiard areas, bars, and exercise rooms.
Attached front or side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Outdoor living is enjoyed on composite decks and/or custom patios.
Most backyards are lightly treed or wooded, providing birdsong, shade, and significantly cooler al fresco entertaining on hot summer days.
Lots measure approximately 100′ wide and are primarily sized from 0.39 to 0.49, with a few larger lots ranging up to 0.68 acres.
Plots of common area owned by the city or HOAs (yellow parcels on above-illustrated map) extend open space views to abutting properties.

The entrance to Jamestown Dr (Phases 1-3) is flanked by stately curved brick walls with lantern-topped columns. A charming stone wall extends to the west along Wallings Rd.
NOTE: The sixteen homes of Phase 4 along Apollo Dr (house numbers 11901-11991) are not connected to the main community. Phase 4 homes are accessible through the adjoining subdivisions of Foxwood Estates from Wallings Rd, or Royalton Heights from Royalwood Rd.
All four phases of Jamestown Estates have curbs, sidewalks, and mature street trees.
Bordering the northeast end of this development is Windsor Woods, and to the southeast is Country Lakes Estates (both in Broadview Heights).
Residences are served by the award-winning Brecksville-Broadview Heights City School District.
There are no Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees.

Jamestown Estates subdivision is nestled along the border of Broadview Heights in northwestern North Royalton, Ohio. It is located off the south side of Wallings Rd, nearly equidistant between State and Broadview Roads.
I-77 is conveniently just an 8 min drive east.
Conveniently located one mile west at the intersection of Wallings and State roads is a Drug Mart, Hop Hing Chinese takeout, Blue Monkey Brewing Company, Cleats sports bar, Joe D’s Beverage, Marco’s Pizza, and Sunoco gas station.
The North Royalton YMCA is also in this area, featuring a gymnasium with premium free-weights and exercise equipment, cycling studio, yoga studio, an elevated 1/12 mile walking/running track, two-court basketball gymnasium, aquatics center, and an outdoor playground.
As for parks, Brecksville Reservation, the largest of the 18 Cleveland Metroparks reservations, offering excellent trails with scenic gorges and waterfalls, is 13 min east. The Metroparks Mill Stream Run Reservation is 15 min away with trails, rope courses and zip lines, and toboggan chutes. Cuyahoga Valley National Park is 18 min away, offering 33,000-acres with hiking trails, bike paths, a scenic railroad, and a vast array of flora & fauna.
Golfers are only 10 min to Seneca, 11 min to Briarwood, 13 min to Valleaire, 12 min to Ironwood and Hinckley Hills, and 15 min to Pine Hills and Sleepy Hollow Golf Courses.
The Brecksville-Broadview Heights School campus is 10 min east.
