Huntington Close (aka Achill Village) is a single-street* community of 13 luxury homes in North Royalton, Ohio. This subdivision comprises the cul-de-sac street of Huntington Close, located 0.4 miles east of York Rd off the north side of Albion Rd.

These homes were built from 1994-2013 by Churchill Construction.

The streetscape features Neo-Colonial, Ranch and Tudor architecture, primarily constructed with stately facades of full brick or brick and stucco.

Homes include 1-story (ranch) and 2-story styles ranging from 2,100-3,300 above-grade square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4.5 bathrooms. Including finished basements, these homes can total 4,000 square feet.

First or second-floor owner’s suites include walk-in closets and ensuite bathrooms with a vaulted ceiling, dual sinks/vanity, walk-in shower, soaking/jetted tub, linen closet, and enclosed lavatory.

Guest bedrooms share a dual-sink split bathroom (separated shower/commode) for increased functionality, privacy, and reduced bathroom chaos!

Finished lower levels (some are coveted walk-outs!) may have media rooms, bars, and exercise rooms.

Attached front or side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.

Living is extended outdoors with custom patios and/or decks and firepits.

Homesites range from 0.34 to 0.79 acres, some of which have lightly treed backyards.

A tributary stream of Baldwin Creek meanders along the northern end of the development (dashed blue line on above-illustrated map). However, this waterway does not impose any additional flood hazards/zones. Generally considered an environmental asset, streams enhance the natural setting, offering scenic rolling topography and opportunities for wildlife viewing.

This community has curbs and sidewalks on both sides of the street.

*This subdivision also includes the stub street of Durak Dr, which could be extended with future development opportunities, but would require the acquisition of several occupied residential properties.

With no connection to another development, traffic is limited to residents and their guests.

To the north are two parcels owned by the city (designated in yellow on above map), which abut the neighborhood of Chesapeake 04 (aka Chesapeake Subdivision No. 4).

This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated North Royalton City School District.
