About Cambridge Park in North Royalton
Cambridge Park (aka North Boston) is a community of 86 luxury homes in southwest North Royalton, Ohio, located near the northeast corner of Lytle Rd and Boston Rd, comprising Beckenham Rd, Queensbridge Ln, and Whitestone Ct.
Homes were constructed by builders including Candlelight Homes, LDA Custom Homes, Panorama Homes, and Partridge Housing from 1994-2001. Many homes have since been updated.
Traditionally styled facades include cape cod and colonial styles that range from 2,400-4,400 square feet with 4-5 bedrooms and 3-4.5 bathrooms.
Inside, homes are appointed with hardwood flooring, dramatic two-story foyers with open staircases, formal dining rooms with tray ceilings, formal living rooms and/or private dens, sunrooms, and fireplaced great rooms (some are two-story/vaulted) that open to kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, tile backsplash, center island with breakfast bar seating, pantry, and dinette area. Vaulted owner’s suites (some are first-floor) include walk-in closets, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking/jetted tubs, dual sinks/vanities, and enclosed commodes. Finished lower levels (some are coveted walkouts!) have media rooms, bars, and exercise rooms.
Attached front or side-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Backyards may be cleared, lightly treed or wooded. Outdoor living is enhanced by custom patios and/or decks, professional landscaping, and firepits.
Most homesites are sized from 0.39 to 0.59 acres, but there are a few larger lots up to 0.76 acres.
A tributary creek to the East Branch of the Rocky River meanders across the southeast corners of the development section. Living near this waterway caters to nature lovers, offering ravined topography and opportunities for wildlife viewing.
HOA-owned common area parcels are designated in yellow on the above map.
The entrance streets of Beckenham Rd from Lytle Rd and Queensbridge Ln from Boston Rd are flanked on the right side by a landscaped bed with masonry signage.
All have mature street trees, curbs, and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees at Cambridge Park are approximately $235 annually.
Residences are served by the highly-rated North Royalton City School District.
It is connected by Spindlewood Ct to Devonshire Woods (to the north), which has its own entrance off Lytle Rd.

Cambridge Park (aka North Boston) is located along the border of Hinckley in southwest North Royalton, off Lytle and Boston Roads.
Highways are accessible in 9 min to I-71, 13 min to I-80/Turnpike, and 15 min to I-77.
SouthPark Mall and Strongsville’s bustling retail sector is only a 9 min drive.
The North Royalton YMCA is 11 min away, featuring a gymnasium with premium free-weights and exercise equipment, cycling studio, yoga studio, an elevated 1/12 mile walking/running track, two-court basketball gymnasium, aquatics center, and an outdoor playground.

It’s just 10 min to Hinckley Reservation with a 90-acre lake, watersport rentals, hiking trails, and rock climbing. Brecksville Reservation is only 16 min away. It is the largest of the 18 Cleveland Metroparks reservations, offering excellent trails with scenic gorges and waterfalls. Cuyahoga Valley National Park is 23 min away, offering 33,000-acres with hiking trails, bike paths, a scenic railroad, and a vast array of flora & fauna.
Golfers will appreciate being 12 min or less to Pine Hills, Valleaire, Briarwood, Hinckley Hills, Ironwood, and Seneca.
