The cul-de-sac street of Oak Knoll Ct (also called Oakridge Estates #6 or Oakridge Estates 06) is an upscale enclave of 7 custom-built homes within the swim community of Oakridge Estates in North Royalton, Ohio. The subdivision is located off the north side of Oakridge Dr, 0.1 miles east of State Rd.
Homes were built from 1973-1988, which have since been updated.

Residents are eligible to join Oakridge Estate’s pool, which is directly northeast (2-min drive to the parking lot on State Rd or a 7-min walk to the footpath between house numbers 8088 & 8100 Maplegrove Ave). Oakridge Pool is heated and also includes a large pool deck with a slide, diving board, hot tub, as well as a community building and playground. Memberships are limited to maintain a “private” feeling.

Residences are served by the highly-rated North Royalton City School District.

Oak Knoll Ct (aka Oakridge Estates#6 or Oakridge Estates 06) is located in the northeast corner of North Royalton Ohio, near the border of Parma.
Highways are accessible in 9 min to I-77, 12 min to I-71, and 15 min to I-80/Turnpike.
Conveniently located 4 min away at the intersection of Wallings and State roads is a Drug Mart, Hop Hing Chinese takeout, Blue Monkey Brewing Company, Cleats sports bar, Joe D’s Beverage, Marco’s Pizza, and Sunoco gas station.
The North Royalton YMCA is also in this area, featuring a gymnasium with premium free-weights and exercise equipment, cycling studio, yoga studio, an elevated 1/12 mile walking/running track, two-court basketball gymnasium, aquatics center, and an outdoor playground.
As for parks, West Creek Reservation in Parma is a 10 min drive for mountain bike trails, hiking and paved trails, and picnic pavilions. The Metroparks Mill Stream Run Reservation is 14 min away with trails, rope courses and zip lines, as well as The Chalet, which has two toboggan chutes that are open in the winter.
