First or second-floor owner’s suites include vaulted ceilings, walk-in closets, and en-suite baths with walk-in showers, soaking tubs, and dual sinks/vanities. Finished lower levels (many are coveted walk-outs!) have media rooms, kitchenettes, bars, and exercise rooms. Attached front-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars. Outdoor living is enhanced by custom patios and/or decks and firepits.

Generously sized homesites range from .37 to .63 acres, some with treed or wooded backyards.

Roughly seven homes abut large stocked ponds for serene water views.

There is one direct entrance from W Wallings Rd via Ivy Ridge Dr. It is flanked by landscaped beds and signage on the right.

In addition to Ivy Ridge Dr, this subdivision also includes three homes on W Wallings Rd (house numbers 7840, 7860 & 7930).

Ivy Ridge Dr has curbs, street trees, and sidewalks on both sides of the street.

Residences are served by the highly-rated North Royalton City School district.

Ivy Ridge is located in north-central North Royalton Ohio, off W Wallings Rd, between York and Ridge roads.

Highways are accessible in 12 min to I-71, and 15 min to both I-77 and I-80/Turnpike.

Located 4 min away at the intersection of Wallings and State roads is a Drug Mart, Hop Hing Chinese takeout, Blue Monkey Brewing Company, Cleats sports bar, Joe D’s Beverage, Marco’s Pizza, and Sunoco gas station.

The North Royalton YMCA is a 5 min drive, featuring a gymnasium with premium free-weights and exercise equipment, cycling studio, yoga studio, an elevated 1/12 mile walking/running track, two-court basketball gymnasium, aquatics center, and an outdoor playground.

As for parks, The Metroparks Mill Stream Run Reservation is 9 min away with trails, rope courses and zip lines, as well as The Chalet, which has two toboggan chutes that are open in the winter. Hinckley Reservation is a 15 min drive with 2,803 acres including twenty miles of all-purpose trails, bridle trails, a 90-acre lake (Hinckley Lake) with a boathouse for water sport rentals, a beach, swimming pool, two smaller fishing ponds also used for ice fishing and skating come winter, stone carvings at Worden’s Ledges, and its most notable feature–the porous sandstone outcroppings of Whipp’s Ledges. Hinckley Reservation is also home to the annual festival known as Buzzard’s Day, which celebrates the return of the turkey vulture to the area around mid-March. Brecksville Reservation, the largest of the Cleveland Metroparks reservations, offering excellent trails with scenic gorges and waterfalls, is 17 min east.

If you’re a golfer, it’s 11-13 min to an array of courses: Briarwood, Pine Hills, Hinckley Hills, Ironwood, and Seneca.
