This subdivision is located off the west side of York Rd, 0.3 miles south of Albion Rd. It comprises the residential streets of Coventry Ct, Yorkshire Way, Richland Dr, the east half of Bentley Dr (house numbers 9751-10531), and the dead-end street of Butternut Ln.

Homes were built exclusively by Ryan Homes, a production builder, in several phases from 2007-2014.

The streetscape features homes of complementary design and scale. Facades feature Contemporary Cottage, Modern Farmhouse, Neo‑Colonial/Colonial Revival, and Ranch architecture, many with brick or stone accents.

These 1-story (ranch), 1.5-story and 2-story homes range from 1,850-3,000 above-grade square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-4 bathrooms. Including finished basements, these homes can total 4,100+ square feet.

First-floor amenities and principal rooms include hardwood or LVP flooring, front-entry foyers (some are two-story), formal dining rooms (some have tray ceilings), flex rooms or private dens, and fireplaced great rooms that are open to kitchens featuring granite or quartz countertops, breakfast bars, pantries, and dinette areas or vaulted light-filled morning rooms/4-season rooms.

Owner’s suites (primarily located on the second floor in 2-story homes) include walk-in closets and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual-sink vanities, and enclosed commodes.

Two-story homes have second-floor laundry rooms.

Second-floor lofts are included in 1.5-story plans.

Finished lower levels may have rec rooms, bars, media rooms and/or exercise rooms.

Attached front-entry garages accommodate 2 cars.

Living is extended outdoors with custom patios and/or decks.

Backyard fences, playsets, sheds, and in-ground swimming pools are permitted.

Lots measure approximately 75′ to 80′ wide with 30′ front building setbacks and range from 0.22 to 0.42 acres.

Lots feature varied tree cover, ranging from completely cleared for open vistas to partially wooded backyards for privacy and timbered views.

Numerous homes abut preservation greenspace (yellow areas on above-illustrated map), extending views of ponds, open meadows and/or woods.
