The Villas Of Worthington in North Royalton Ohio is a community of roughly 115 semi-custom homes surrounded by common area, ponds and a walking trail. Homes were built by Ryan Homes from 2007-2014.
These ranch and two-story homes range mainly from 2,000-4,700 square feet, with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 bathrooms.
Amenities include hardwood flooring, mudroom/hall, formal dining rooms, flex rooms or private dens, and fireplaced great rooms that are open kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, center island, breakfast bar seating, tile backsplash, pantry, and dinette area or vaulted light-filled morning room. Owner’s suites (some are first-floor) include walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sink vanity, and enclosed commode. Second-level laundry in colonial homes. Finished lower levels have media rooms, bars, and exercise rooms. Living is extended outdoors with custom patios and/or decks. Attached front-entry garages accommodate 2-3 cars.
Homesites are sized from .22 to .69 acres.
A tributary stream to the Rocky River East Branch cuts through the community (dashed blue line on above map), enhancing the natural setting and increasing wildlife sightings.
Nature and fitness lovers will appreciate direct access to a nature trail (green lines on map) near the Bentley Dr cul-de-sac that meanders through HOA-owned common area.
Numerous homes abut common area (yellow plots on map), either owned by the HOA (within red-lined boundary) or neighboring HOAs, extending views of open space, ponds or woods.
Directly north are the cluster homes of Cinnamon Lakes. To the south are Sunrise Cove condos. The southwestern corner borders Harbor Light Condos and the “sister” community of Worthington.
The entrance is off York Rd via Bentley Dr. It is flanked on the right by a landscaped bed with signage.
In addition to Bentley Dr, the subdivision also includes the streets of Coventry Ct, Yorkshire Way, and Richland Dr.
There are street trees, curbs, and sidewalks on both sides of the street.

Homeowner’s Association (HOA) fees are approximately $400 annually.
This neighborhood is served by the highly-rated North Royalton City School District.
