The Villas Of Worthington in North Royalton, Ohio is a community of roughly 115 semi-custom homes surrounded by common area, ponds, and a walking trail. This subdivision is located off the west side of York Rd, 0.3 miles south of Albion Rd, and comprises Bentley Dr, Coventry Ct, Yorkshire Way, and Richland Dr.

Homes were built exclusively by Ryan Homes from 2007-2014.
These ranch and two-story homes range mainly from 2,000-4,700 square feet, with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5-3.5 bathrooms.
Interior amenities include hardwood flooring, mudroom/hall, formal dining rooms, flex rooms or private dens, and fireplaced great rooms that are open kitchens with granite or quartz countertops, center island, breakfast bar seating, tile backsplash, pantry, and dinette area or vaulted light-filled morning room. Owner’s suites (some are first-floor) include walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, soaking tubs, dual sink vanity, and enclosed commode. Second-level laundry in colonial homes. Finished lower levels have media rooms, bars, and exercise rooms.

Living is extended outdoors with custom patios and/or decks. Backyard playsets, sheds, and in-ground swimming pools are permitted.
Homesites measure approximately 75′ to 80′ wide and range from 0.22 to 0.69 acres.
